Abstract: A conditioner composition for dyeing hair is provided to increase the coherence with hair, prevent the dye loss during washing hair, and improve the persistence. A conditioner composition for dyeing hair comprises basic dye, higher alcohol, organic solvent, surfactant, silicon polymer, water and 0.01-5% by weight of film former.
