Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for processing silkworms having silk protein and silkworm processed goods by the same. The method for processing silkworms having silk protein of the present invention includes a first step which collects pure silkworms having silk protein and prepares; a second step which boils the pure silkworms having silk protein; and the last step which obtains edible boiled silkworm having silk protein and gel type or liquid type silkworm extract from the pure silkworms having silk protein. The present invention provides the method for processing silkworms having silk protein and silkworm processed goods by the same which enables all silkworms containing the silk protein of living silkworms regardless of the moltinism and growth stages of silkworms to be easily utilized as raw materials for food, medicines, and stock feed, or cosmetics. Abstract: 본 발명은 붉은 곰팡이 병균의 리니지(lineage)를 구분하기 위한 미세표식자 마커 및 이를 이용하여 붉은 곰팡이 병균의 리니지를 구분하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 붉은 곰팡이 병균 중 주오염원의 리니지를 PCR 방법을 사용하여 구분하기 위한 붉은 곰팡이 병균의 미세표식자를 특이적으로 증폭할 수 있는 서열번호 1 및 2로 나타내어지는 프라이머 FgmsAAG93을 사용하여 PCR 방법으로 유전자를 증폭하고, 상기 증폭된 유전자의 미세표식자 부위를 확인함으로써 곡류 시료에서 붉은 곰팡이 병균 복합체군의 주요 오염원의 리니지를 신속하고 정확하게 구분할 수 있다. 특히 이러한 본 발명에 따르면 종래의 붉은 곰팡이 병균의 오염여부 조사시 원인 곰팡이를 분리하고 확인하는 방법이 7일 내지 10일 정도의 시간이 소요되던 것을 3일 이내로 단축시키는 효과가 있어 당 분야에서 매우 효과적으로 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 또한 붉은 곰팡이 병균의 리니지 7의 유전적 다형성에 대한 세밀한 분석이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydrogel silk mask pack containing silkworm extract and silk grand hydrolysate is provided to promote proliferation of skin cells and to prevent dermatitis. A method for manufacturing the silk mask pack comprises: a step of feeding silkworms; a step of freeze-drying and pulverizing the silkworms; a step of extracting the silkworms to obtain extract; and a step of isolating silk grand and hydrolyzing. The extract is prepared by extracting the freeze-dried silkworm powder with alcohol and concentrating. The hydrolysate is prepared by performing alkali hydrolysis of the silk grand and adding acid for neutralizing.
