Abstract:
PURPOSE: Fabric for clean room garments is characterized by using super fine yarn, having low permeability, high dust permeating ability and collecting efficiency under density which is identical with the existing products, and using conductive yarn mixed with common yarn or dope dyed yarn. CONSTITUTION: Fabric for clean room garments is obtained by the steps of: air-confounding conductive yarn having under 30denier of single fineness and common yarn or dope dyed yarn having under 1.0denier of single fineness; or twisting the yarns in 600T/M after air-confounding to prepare grey yarn; and then weaving the fabric out of the grey yarn. The conductive yarn having under 1.0x10¬8¥Ø/cm of electric resistance value has 0.4-1.2wt.% / in¬2 of weight rate based on the fabric. The common yarn or the dope dyed yarn has 98.8-99.6wt.% / in¬2 of weight rate based on the fabric.

PURPOSE: Textile for a clean room garment having high dust collection efficiency and excellent comfortableness is characterized by changing grey yarn into hollow yarn having under 3denier of single fineness or yarn having at least one protrusion such as a flat section, a triangle section, a crisscross, a five-leaves section, a six-leaves section and a dog-bone section, air-confounding conductive yarn with common yarn or dope dyed yarn and false-twisting the yarn after air-confounding. CONSTITUTION: Textile for a clean room garment is obtained by the steps of: air-confounding conductive yarn having under 30denier and under 1.0x108¥Ø/cm of electric resistance value and common yarn having under 3 denier and no conductivity or dope dyed yarn containing carbon to manufacture grey yarn; or twisting the grey yarn on under 600T/M after air-confounding; and then weaving the textile having 0.4-1.2wt.%/in¬2 of the conductive yarn and 98.8-99.6wt.%/in¬2 of the common yarn or the dope dyed yarn out of the yarn.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyester thick-and-thin yarn which is characterized by being light and having excellent repulsive property is characterized by controlling a drawing velocity and a drawing temperature properly. Fabric manufactured out of the polyester yarn has excellent surface effect. CONSTITUTION: The polyester thick-and-thin yarn is obtained by the steps of: extruding polyester polymer having 0.64-0.67 of inherent viscosity at 280-290deg.C of a spinning temperature with a circular spinning base(2); cooling and solidifying the extruded filaments with cooling air(1) having 16-25deg.C of temperature and 0.30-0.70m/sec of air velocity; oiling the filaments on an oiling device(3); heating the filaments with a first godet rollers(4) having 45-55deg.C of a drawing temperature; and then drawing the filaments in a draw ratio of 1.4-2.0 times between the first godet rollers(4) and the second godet rollers(5) having 75-85deg.C of a temperature to manufacture the filaments having under 1.0denier of single yarn fineness and to express many thick-and-thin effects on the surface part.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyester modified cross-section fiber having excellent luster and soft feeling is characterized by having excellent workability. A raised warp knit fabric is knitted out of the same. CONSTITUTION: Polyester modified cross-section fiber is obtained by the steps of: (i)using polyester polymer having 0.640-0.670 of inherent viscosity; (ii)spinning at 0.20-4.5g/min.hole through spinneret of a spinning base(2); (iii)setting temperature of the surrounding spinning base to 275-290deg.C; (iv)quenching polymer with cooling air(1) of 18-23deg.C at 12-40m/min. of air supply; (v)oiling the quenched polymer at intervals of 750-1600mm from the spinning base; (vi)heating the polymer on a first roller(5) and a second roller(6) at 70-90deg.C of a drawing temperature; drawing between the first roller(5) and a third roller(7) in a drawn ratio of 1.3-4.0; heating on the third roller(7) in a temperature range of 110-130deg.C; and then winding at 4000-6500m/min. The spinneret has 3-20 of modified ratio(FR), over 1.20 of shape factor(SF) and 0.5-1.5mm of short-axis width.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing a polyester micro fiber with excellent evenness and spinning capacity which uniformly cools the molten polymer without being influenced by the intervening airflow, thereby minimizing the fluctuation thereof. CONSTITUTION: In the method of manufacturing a polyester micro fiber, a polyester polymer with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.640-0.670 is used, and the spray nozzle(2) for spraying the polyester polymer has spinneret holes of 100-300. The spraying of the polyester polymer is made at 275-290 deg.C by the amount of 0.10-2.0g/min hole. An air cooler(11) is directly placed under the spinneret to uniformly cool the sprayed polymer, and effectively intercept the intervening airflow. The air cooler is operated at 18-23 deg.C, and controlled in the airflow speed to be within 5-30m/min. An emulsion is applied to the cooled polymer while being distant from the spinneret by 750-1600mm downwards. The cooled and emulsified polymer is placed and heated between first and second rollers(5,6) at 70-90 deg.C, and drawn in a ratio of 1.3-4.0, being the speed difference between first and third rollers(5,7). The polymer is then re-heated at 110-130 deg.C by the third roller, and wound at 4000-6500/min.

본 고안은 방사구금팩 와이핑용 실리콘 오일 캔 요동장치에 관한 것으로서, 방사구금팩의 정기적 또는 부정기적인 와이핑시 도포하는 실리콘 오일이 수용된 실리콘 오일 캔을 수작업에 의하지 않고 자동적으로 요동하여 실리콘 오일을 교반함으로써 실리콘 오일이 장기간 점성을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 고안에 따른 실리콘 오일 캔 요동장치는, 프레임(1)과; 상기 프레임의 내부에 지지되는 구동모터(2)와; 상기 구동모터의 구동축(21)에 축착되는 크랭크(6)와; 상기 크랭크의 일단에 하단이 선회가능하게 결합되고 상단은 상기 프레임의 상부로 돌출되는 커넥팅 로드(5)와; 상기 프레임의 상부에 회동가능하게 지지되는 요동축(3)과; 그리고, 상기 요동축의 상부에 지지됨과 아울러 내부가 다수의 실리콘 오일 캔(45)이 수납되도록 구획되며 저면에 상기 커넥팅 로드의 상단이 선회가능하게 연결되는 캔 박스(4)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 구동모터(2)의 회전수는 30~60회/min 범위가 바람직하며, 캔 박스(4)의 선회각도는 15°~ 45° 범위가 바람직하다.

본 발명은 흡수성과 신축성 및 소프트성이 우수한 장섬유 스펀본드 부직포 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기한 본 발명의 흡수성과 신축성 및 소프트성이 우수한 장섬유 스펀본드 부직포는 장섬유로 이루어진 웹을 적층하여 결합한 부직포에 있어서, 상기 장섬유는 저결정성 폴리프로필렌 과 폴리프로필렌(PP)에 의해, 시스 측이 코어 측 섬유의 길이방향으로 둘러싼 형태인 시스 앤드 코어형의 형태로 구성되고, 여기서, 코어 측은 저결정성 폴리프로필렌 의해 형성되고, 시스 측에는 저결정성 폴리프로필렌과 PP에 의해 구성되며, 이 시스 측은 저결정성 폴리프로필렌이 50 내지 90 중량%를 구성하며, PP는 10 내지 50 중량%이고, 또한 친수형 PP 칩을 함께 투여하고, 상기 복합 장섬유가 방사형 웹(web)에 엠보싱형으로 결합ㆍ고정되어 형성됨을 특징으로 다. 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 흡수성과 신축성 및 소프트성이 우수한 장섬유 스펀본드 부직포는 친수형 폴리프로필렌 칩을 포함하는 중합체가 특정한 구성의 중합체를 섬유의 길이방향으로 둘러싼 형태로 되어, 우수한 내구친수성을 보유하면서 위생재 등에 사용되기 위한 강도, 부드러운 촉감과 같은 제반 물성을 모두 만족시킨다.
