CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is in chemical formula 1. An organic electroluminescent device comprises the organic electroluminescent compound, the organic electroluminescent compound is using as material for hole injection or hole transport. The organic electroluminescent compound comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or more organic material layer between the first electrode and the second electrode.
