Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for driving a shuttle of equipment for fabricating a semiconductor is provided to improve process efficiency of a wafer and to reduce a breakdown of the apparatus, by using a motor and a sensor to drive the shuttle. CONSTITUTION: The shuttle(130) is installed in a side part of a bottom plate(110) to transfer the wafer. A shuttle shaft transfers power to the shuttle, penetrating the bottom plate. The motor(150) rotates the shuttle shaft. A rotating rod(170) rotates together with a rotation axis of the motor, laterally extending from the rotation axis. A detecting unit detects the rotation state of the rotating rod and controls the driving state of the motor, installed in a side of the bottom plate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cathode fixing device uses a hang type cathode nut and a hang type spinner fixing tool which are rotated in state that a nut for fixing cathode and a spinner fixing tool for fastening and dismantling the nut are rotated with being hanged each other. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device comprises: cathode to which wafers are fixed; rotation shaft of the cathode attached integrally to the cathode; base plate to which the rotation shaft of the cathode is fixed; Geneva wheel inserted to lower end of the rotation shaft projected downwards through the base plate; cathode washer; hang type cathode nut including first hanging tool which is formed in a lower end of the cathode nut and is fastened to the rotation shaft of the cathode; and hang type spinner fixing tool having opposite structure to be hanged to the hang type cathode nut. Thus, workability such as maintenance is improved by using spanner etc. with both free hands in a state that the hang type cathode nut is hanged by the hang type spinner fixing tool.
