Abstract:
An information storage medium and its reproducing method and apparatus are provided to read an ENAV file more rapidly by caching search information on an ENAV file and accessing the ENAV file by referring to the cached search information so that it enhances a reproduction speed and a user response speed in an interactive mode. The medium includes an ENAV file and a search information file. The ENAV file reproduces AV(Audio Video) data in an interactive mode. The search information file is cashed at an ENAV buffer and is referred to when the ENAV file is accessed. The ENAV file is one connected and integrated file. The search information file includes a file name, a size and location data of the ENAV file.
Abstract:
A system for downloading contents fit to environment of a client device from a contents service server through the network is provided to enable a user to download the proper contents by making the contents service server automatically select/transmit the contents fit to hardware/network environment of the client device. A contents database(13) stores the contents of the first to the 'N'th type prepared by considering the different environment of each client device, and attribute information of each contents type. A controller(11) receives a contents download request and the environment information from the client device, selects one fit to the environment information of the client device among various types of contents by using the attribute information of each contents type, and transmits the contents of the selected contents type to the client device.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for reproducing AV data in ENAV(Enhanced Navigation) mode, a device therefor, and an information storage medium therefor are provided to preload ENAV data in a buffer while reproducing the preloaded ENAV data, thereby guaranteeing the seamless reproduction of AV data. CONSTITUTION: At least one ENAV application has at least one ENAV file which can be reproduced with AV data. The ENAV application is an ENAV file, and includes a loading information file where preload information is recorded. The preload information informs of position information on the ENAV file to be buffered before the ENAV application is reproduced. The loading information file further records postload information showing position information on an ENAV file buffered after the ENAV application starts reproducing.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for temporarily deleting a portion of a program is provided to introduce a temporary deletion flag to show a cell to be temporarily deleted, and to quickly and permanently delete perfect SOBUs(Stream Object Units) without additionally examining streams. CONSTITUTION: When a part of a stream object is intended to be temporarily deleted, new navigation data of the stream object is generated. First, if a portion of a temporarily deleted program does not include a start nor an end of a current cell, the current cell is divided into 3 parts. Second, though the part includes the start of the current cell but the part does not include the end of the cell, the current cell is divided into 2 parts. Third, though the part does not include the start but the part includes the end of the cell, the current cell is divided into 2 parts. Fourth, if the part includes both start and end of the cell, the current cell is changed into a non-displayable state by being temporarily deleted from a displayable state. A link between the stream object and the new navigation data is generated. Original navigation data is replaced with the new navigation data.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A reproducing method of an information storage medium is provided to select additional contents written in a predetermined language or a selected language, and to reproduce AV data in an interactive mode, thereby selecting/reproducing ENAV(Enhanced AV) applications. CONSTITUTION: When an ENAV disk is loaded on a reproduction device, the device decides whether the inserted disk is an ENAV DVD(1101). In the case that the device discovers a start-up file, if a user selects a video mode, the device reproduces the start-up file in the video mode(1103), and if the user selects an interactive mode(1104), the device reads the start-up file(1105). The device reads language information recorded in the start-up file, and reads a loading information file coincidental with player language information recorded at a system parameter table(1106). The device buffers an ENAV file listed in the loading information file(1107), and reproduces AV data in the interactive mode(1108).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for mixing audio streams is provided to mix different channel components without changing a channel structure of different audio streams, and to reproduce the mixed components, then to dynamically change the channel components, thereby supplying adaptive audio contents. CONSTITUTION: A reproduction device receives the first audio stream including plural audio data obtained from plural channels, respectively(901). The reproduction device receives mixing information from a network(902). The reproduction device decodes the first audio stream received from the network(903), and reads the second audio stream including plural audio data obtained from plural channels of a disk-type information storage medium(904). The reproduction device decodes the read second audio stream(905). The reproduction device mixes at least one of the audio data of the first audio stream with at least one of the audio data of the second audio stream(906).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for focusing an input item of an object screen buried in a markup screen and an information storing medium thereof are provided to freely focus the input item of the object screen like the input item of the markup screen. CONSTITUTION: An input item map information for focusing the input item is generated by analyzing an object program. In response to the key input from a user input device, one of the input items is focused based on the input item map information. The input item map is generated by obtaining the input form information, the position information, and the descriptor information of the input item from the object program, and generating the input item map information based on the input form information, the position information, and the descriptor information.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting a wafer is provided to enhance the efficiency and reduce a period of time for an inspection process by using one integrated inspection apparatus to inspect a top face, an edge of the top face, a lateral face, and a bottom face of a wafer. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for inspecting a wafer includes a handling unit, a first image acquisition unit, a second image acquisition unit, a driving unit, and an image process unit. The handling unit(300) supports and rotates a wafer(W). In addition, the handling unit moves the wafer, horizontally and vertically. The first image acquisition unit(100) acquires an image of a top face of the wafer. The second image acquisition unit(200) acquires an edge image of the top face of the wafer and images of a lateral face and a bottom face of the wafer. The driving unit rotates the second image acquisition unit. The image process unit inspects defects of the wafer.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A data storage media, and its regenerating system and method are provided to reconfigure a video screen and a markup screen, constructing an interactive screen, according to an aspect ratio so that a position and a size of some data are properly displayed without distortion. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an AV regeneration engine(2) and an ENAV engine(3). The AV regeneration engine(2) includes a video converter(21). The ENAV engine(3) includes a markup converter(31), and a video position and screen size controller(32). The video converter(21) converts a video source screen, obtained via an AV data decoding process, according to AV screen selection data set by a user. The markup converter(31) converts a markup source screen obtained from a markup document according to aspect ratio data recorded at the markup document. The video position and screen size controller(32) assembles the markup screen with the video screen to generate an interactive screen. Specially, the position and size of the AV screen is controlled and is assembled with the markup screen according to an instruction recorded at the markup document.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A data storage media, and its regenerating system and method are provided to reconfigure a video screen and a markup screen, constructing an interactive screen, according to an aspect ratio so that a position and a size of some data are properly displayed without distortion. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A regeneration system reads AV(Audio Video) screen selection data from display data set by a user(1001). Then, the system reads aspect ratio data recorded at a markup document(1002). In a case that the aspect ratio data is recorded at the markup document, an AV source screen is converted and a markup source screen is converted on a basis of the read AV screen selection data and aspect ratio data(1003, 1004). In a case that the aspect ratio data is not recorded, the AV source screen is converted on a basis of the read AV screen data alone, and the markup source screen is output, while not converted.
