라이센스 대역(licensed spectrum) 및 공유 대역(shared spectrum)의 효과적 사용을 위한 모바일 시스템 및 기지국 시스템을 개시한다. 모바일 시스템은 라이센스 대역 및 공유 대역 중 적어도 하나의 대역을 이용하여 데이터의 송수신을 초기화하는 초기화부, 상기 적어도 하나의 대역을 통해 상기 데이터의 송수신을 위한 대역을 센싱(sensing)하는 센싱부 및 상기 센싱된 대역을 통해 데이터를 송수신하는 송수신부를 포함한다.

보안 부팅 방법 및 그 방법을 사용하는 반도체 메모리 시스템이 개시된다. 상기 반도체 메모리 시스템은 외부 메모리, 내부 메모리 및 OTP 메모리(One-time Programmable memory)를 구비한다. 상기 외부 메모리는 커널(kernel), 공개키, 상기 공개키를 인증하고 테스트 비밀키를 생성하는데 사용되는 제 1 부팅정보 및 상기 커널의 무결성을 검증하는 제 2 부트로더를 포함한다. 상기 내부 메모리는 상기 제 2 부트로더의 무결성을 검증하고 상기 테스트 비밀키를 생성하는 제 1 부트로더를 포함한다. 상기 OTP 메모리는 상기 공개키와 비밀키를 이용하여 생성된 제 2 부팅정보를 포함한다. 상기 보안 부팅 방법 및 그 방법을 사용하는 반도체 메모리 시스템은 종래기술과 달리 비밀키를 저장하기 위해서 별도의 OTP 메모리(One-time Programmable memory)를 필요로 하지 않으므로, OTP 메모리의 용량 및 기록 시간을 종래에 비하여 절반 정도로 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Disclosed are a mobile communication terminal with a file security function and an operating method thereof. The mobile communication terminal with the file security function according to the present invention comprises: a file searching unit which searches for a file which is related to individual information among the files which are stored in a storage unit which is included in the mobile communication terminal; an encrypting unit which encrypts the searched file from the file searching unit according to a file encryption algorithm; and a control unit which controls the operation of each component and obtains and stores the file information and storage path information about the file which is encrypted in the encrypting unit. According to the present invention, the leak of the information is prevented by always maintaining important documents which exist in the smartphone to be encrypted.

PURPOSE: A main hub which communicates in a Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) including at least one supplementary hub, and a supplementary hub, a sensor node, and a communication method thereof are provided to continuously operate a WBAN system in the absence of a main hub by using at least one supplementary hub. CONSTITUTION: A slot allocation unit (1220) allocates beacon slots to a main hub and at least one supplementary hub. A receiving unit (1230) receives a beacon signal based on the beacon slots from a supplementary hub which is determined as a target hub among at least one supplementary hub by at least one sensor node. An identification unit (1230) identifies whether the supplementary hub, which is determined as a target hub using the beacon signal, contains data which is transmitted to the main hub or not. An oscillation signal generator(420) generates an oscillation signal according to a positive feedback amplification mode based on the resonance frequency or the signal. The object terminal generates feedback information related to the channel of the object terminal by using the object terminal(624). PURPOSE: A cooperative interference control system between multi cells performing JP(Joint Processing) technique without the reduction of the capacity is provided to cooperatively control interference between multi cells by allocating resource. CONSTITUTION: A resource allocation unit(310) allocates a first frequency in the center of a neighbor cell related to the neighboring base center. The resource allocator assigns the second frequency to an edge area of the adjacent cell. In case the terminal is located in the edge region of the adjacent cell, an interference control unit(320) transmits and receives scheduling information and channel information to the terminal through the second frequency.

A portable device for processing a multimedia signal and a method using the same are provided to increase the service satisfaction of users by transmitting a decoded multimedia signal to an external display device. A multimedia signal receiver(210) receives from a mobile terminal a multimedia signal that the mobile terminal receives from a service providing sever. A decoding related information generator(220) generates decoding related information which is concerned with at least one of codec or definition. According to the decoding related information, a decoder(230) decodes the multimedia signal, and generates multimedia information. A multimedia information transmitting unit(240) transmits the multimedia information to an external display device.
