Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for isolating and producing platycodin D isolated from fraction of Platycodon grandiflorum saponin is provided to maximize isolation efficiency and massively produce the various Platycodon grandiflorum saponins. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating and producing Platycodon grandiflorum saponin compound comprises: a first step of extracting Platycodon grandiflorum; a second step of fractioning the Platycodon grandiflorum extract through diaion column; and a third step of purifying platycodin D using HSCCC(High speed countercurrent chromatography).

Abstract: A method of producing a horse placental extract is provided to raise a content of an active ingredient like an amino acid and to prevent a bioactive substance from being broken down. A method of producing a horse placental extract comprises steps of: i) dissolving protein firstly by adding a protease and water in horse placental; ii) dissolving protein secondly by adding additionally a protease in a reactant; and iii) putting an activated charcoal to the reactant and removing smell and color under a vacuum pressure.

Abstract translation: 提供马胎盘提取物的制造方法，以提高活性成分如氨基酸的含量，防止生物活性物质分解。 一种产生马胎盘提取物的方法包括以下步骤：i）首先通过在马胎盘中加入蛋白酶和水来溶解蛋白质; ii）通过在反应物中另外添加蛋白酶来第二次溶解蛋白质; 和iii）将活性炭投入反应物并在真空压力下除去气味和颜色。
