Abstract:
본 발명의 기체 크로마토그래피와 질량분석법 이용한 동시분석방법은 시료에 내부표준물질과 이온세기증가제, 그리고 상기 시료 포함되어 있는 극성의 분석물질과 결합하는 유도체물질을 첨가하여 유도체화 전처리시료를 제조하는 유도체화단계; 상기 유도체화 전처리시료를 고체상 미량추출기로 추출하여 분석물질을 흡착한 측정용 미량추출기를 제조하는 고체상추출단계; 상기 측정용 미량추출기를 기체크로마토그래피 측정기의 주입구로 주입하여 분석물질을 탈착시켜서 시료의 기체크로마토그램을 얻는 제1측정단계; 그리고 상기 탈착된 측정용 시료가 모세분리관을 통하여 질량분석기를 통과하여 질량스펙트럼을 얻는 제2측정단계;를 포함하여 극성에 차이가 있어서 끓는 점에 차이가 있는 제1화합물과 제2화합물이 시료에 포함되어 있는지 여부를 동시에 분석한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 종래의 기술에 비해 신속하고, 간편하며, 용매의 사용을 줄이고, 정확도 높은 분석을 수행할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method to quantitatively analyze a light absorbing layer of a solar cell. The method includes the steps of: generating cluster ions in a reference sample and a sample to be analyzed of the light absorbing layer of the solar cell; calculating the sensitivity of each cluster ion based on the intensity of each cluster ion measured in the depthwise direction of the reference sample, and on the density of each elements contained in the reference sample; and calculating a relative fraction of each cluster ion contained in the sample to be analyzed based on the intensity of each cluster ion measured in the depthwise direction of the sample to be analyzed and on relative sensitivity.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a genuineness identification method and a system thereof and, more specifically, to a technology and a system for identifying counterfeit money which is elaborately forged by a color printer or a color copy machine by using a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer. Even though a forgery prevention function to which 20 kinds of patented technologies are applied is included in paper money and equipment for identifying the forgery is also various, counterfeit money which is produced by a copy using a highly efficient color copy machine or by a printing using a color printer causes a social chaos and a social unrest by being elaborately forged to such an extent as to be not easily discriminated by ordinary people and being distributed in society. Therefore, the provided detection system, which compensates an existing counterfeit money identifying method which is impossible to identify counterfeit money in existing paper money identifying equipment, not only easily determines whether paper money is forged or not solely by the system but also identifies counterfeit money by obtaining an infrared spectrum by using ATR-FTIR equipment at a specific part of the paper money and analyzing and comparing the position of a peak oscillation frequency, an intensity, and a pattern in the spectrum.
