Abstract:
The present invention relates to a genuineness identification method and a system thereof and, more specifically, to a technology and a system for identifying counterfeit money which is elaborately forged by a color printer or a color copy machine by using a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer. Even though a forgery prevention function to which 20 kinds of patented technologies are applied is included in paper money and equipment for identifying the forgery is also various, counterfeit money which is produced by a copy using a highly efficient color copy machine or by a printing using a color printer causes a social chaos and a social unrest by being elaborately forged to such an extent as to be not easily discriminated by ordinary people and being distributed in society. Therefore, the provided detection system, which compensates an existing counterfeit money identifying method which is impossible to identify counterfeit money in existing paper money identifying equipment, not only easily determines whether paper money is forged or not solely by the system but also identifies counterfeit money by obtaining an infrared spectrum by using ATR-FTIR equipment at a specific part of the paper money and analyzing and comparing the position of a peak oscillation frequency, an intensity, and a pattern in the spectrum. Abstract:
A rapid and simultaneous detection method for steroids according to the present invention includes a step for pre-treating a sample contained in a matrix; a step for measuring characteristics of the pre-treated sample by using high-performance liquid chromatography; a step for selecting a retention time (RT) of a peak and a spectrum with respect to the peak among the measured characteristics as sample detection keys; a step for searching a steroid satisfying a parity condition equal to or above the search key and a predetermined value through comparison with a library in a steroid database; and a step for outputting the presence or absence of the steroid satisfying the parity condition and the type thereof based on the search result. When this method is used, inclusion of various types of steroids in an analysis target sample and the types thereof can be quickly searched even without an expensive mass analysis device.

본 발명인 스테로이드류의 고속, 동시 검출 방법은 매트릭스에 포함된 시료를 전처리하는 단계; 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피를 이용해서 상기 전처리된 시료의 특성을 측정하는 단계; 상기 측정된 특성 중에서, 피크의 머무름시간(retention time, RT) 및 상기 피크에 대한 스펙트럼을 시료의 검색키로 선택하는 단계; 스테로이드 데이터 베이스 내의 라이브러리와 비교하여 상기 검색키와 미리 정해진 값 이상의 동등성 조건을 만족하는 스테로이드를 검색하는 단계; 그리고 상기 검색된 결과에 기반하여 상기 동등성 조건을 만족하는 스테로이드의 존재 여부 및 그 종류를 출력하는 단계;를 포함한다. 이 방법을 이용하면, 고가의 질량분석장비 없이도 다양한 종류의 스테로이드가 분석대상인 시료에 포함되어 있는지 여부 및 그 종류를 빠르게 검색해 낼 수 있다.
