The method for preparing N-(2-halopropionyl)-proline derivatives of formula (I), used as an inhibitor against angiotensin and antihypertensive agent, is presented. Thus, 4.1g of proline benzylester is dissolved in 20ml of chloroform and the above mixture is cooled in water-ice bath. Then, 1.7g 2-bromopropionyl chloride is dropped slowly in 15ml of chloroform containing proline ester. The above mixture is stirred at 25≦̸C C for 2 hrs and the obtained chloroform layer is washed with water three times, evaporated and purified. In (I), R1 is H, C1-10 lower alkyl or aryl; R2 and R3 are each H, C1-4 alkyl, aryl, amino or cyano; X is Cl, Br or I.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a novel aryl- and heteroaryl-substituted pyrazole derivative and a pharmaceutical composition containing the derivative are provided to be used as a melanoma proliferation inhibitor. CONSTITUTION: An aryl- and heteroaryl-substituted pyrazole derivative is denoted by chemical formula I. A method for proliferating the derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof comprises a step of reacting 3-phenyl-4-pyridinyl pyrazole derivative of chemical formula III with phenyl chloroformate to prepare a compound of chemical formula IV. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating melanoma contains the derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salt and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

PURPOSE: A composition containing Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati extract for reducing blood glucose is provided to use in food or pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A composition for reducing blood glucose contains crude extract of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati isolated using ethanol or spirit or extract isolated using ethylacetate or butanol from the crude extract. The composition is a food or pharmaceutical composition. The food is manufactured in the form of tablet, granule, powder, capsule and liquid. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in the form of tablet, pill, powder, granule, capsule, suspension, emulsion, syrup, aerosol or injection. PURPOSE: A seawater sterilization method and seawater sterilization equipment are provided to use the seawater in cultivation of virus free seedling or cultivation of marine products, because pathogenic bacteria or virus contained in the seawater is effectively removed. CONSTITUTION: A seawater pasteurization method comprises a step for sterilizing by the electric potential difference and electrolysis, and a step for processing the sterilized seawater through the chlorine dioxide processor. The seawater sterilization transaction equipment comprises the following; a pre-processor(1) filtering impurities included in the seawater containing pathogenic bacteria or virus; an inverse filtering device(7) which re-filters and washes the filtered preprocessing seawater; an electric potential difference sterilizer(3) sterilizing the seawater by an oxidizer or hypochlorous acid which is created from the electrolysis of the seawater, the seawater is sterilized by the electric potential difference which is created by electrode after the filtered seawater is passed through the electric potential difference sterilizer in which electrode is included; and a chlorine dioxide processor(10) in which the seawater is sterilized by the chlorine dioxide.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of rice with hypoglycemic effect is provided to adjust a physiological function for preventing diabetes by powdering and sintering sea shells, and to cultivate rice with ionized calcium powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of rice with hypoglycemic effect includes the following steps: fertilizing rice with ionized calcium three times after forming ears from the rice; crushing shell to a size of 1.5 ~ 10cm; sintering the shell after loading the crushed shells to a sintering tank by gradually elevating temperature to 1200°C; gradually cooling the temperature of the sintering tank to 200 ~ 400°C while maintaining the shells in the sintering tank; cooling the sintering tank to 100 ~ 150°C; and manufacturing the ionized calcium in the air.

A solid composition for the production of a chlorine dioxide solution with excellent long-term stability is provided to obtain a high yield of chlorine dioxide, prevent materials such as chlorite(ClO2-) or hydrochloric acid(ClO3-) harmful to the human body from being produced when the solid composition is dissolved into water, and prevent individual raw materials from reacting with each other in a solid composition state even when the solid composition is stored for a long time. A composition for the production of a chlorine dioxide solution comprises: material formed in a solid phase to provide chlorine in an aqueous solution phase; a solid type organic acid or inorganic acid with a pKa value of 4 or less; sodium chlorite; and sodium bicarbonate. The material formed in a solid phase to provide chlorine in an aqueous solution phase is calcium hypochlorite, sodium dichloro isocyanuric acid, or sodium bromo chloro isocyanuric acid chloramine T. A tablet for the production of a chlorine dioxide solution comprises an upper layer(A) consisting of an organic acid of calcium hypochlorite, sodium dichloro isocyanuric acid, or sodium bromo chloro isocyanuric acid chloramine T, a lower layer(B) of sodium chlorite and sodium bicarbonate, and an intermediate layer(C) formed between the upper and lower layers as a separation layer separating the upper and lower layers, the intermediate layer consisting of a water-soluble polymer, salt, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, or mixtures thereof.
