Abstract:
본 발명은 석탄액화(CTL) 및 천연가스 액화(GTL) 공정에서 피셔-트롭쉬(Fischer-Tropsch; FT) 반응에 사용되는 철-코발트 복합 촉매 및 그 제조 방법과 이를 촉매로 이용한 피셔-트롭쉬 합성 반응에서의 수성가스전환반응 활성구현과 고선택적 액체 연료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 피셔-트롭쉬 반응에서 합성가스의 H 2 /CO 조성 몰비가 2.0 근방의 범위에서 높은 활성을 보이지만 2.0 미만으로 낮아지게 되면 급격하게 활성이 떨어지는 기존의 코발트(Co) 촉매의 단점을 보완하고, 고온의 반응에서도 액체 오일(C 5+ ) 생산에 높은 선택성을 보이는 철 성분을 첨가한 철-코발트 복합 촉매 및 그 제조 방법을 이용하는데 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A dynamic gas distributor and a bubble column reactor applying the same are provided to improve a catalyst and a reaction efficiency in the reactor main body and to prevent a malfunction of the dynamic gas distributor and the loss of the catalyst by minimizing the back flow of the slurry in the reactor main body to the dynamic gas distributor during the reaction or at the completion of reaction. CONSTITUTION: A bubble column reactor comprises a reactor main body(10) and a dynamic gas distributor(20) arranged to be connected to the lower part of the reactor main body. The reactor main body stores the slurry containing the catalyst. The synthetic fuel is produced by the reaction of the slurry containing the catalyst with the synthesis gas introduced in the main body. The gas distributor disperses the synthesis gas supplied through the inlet tube(24) by rotation, converts the dispersed synthesis gas into the uniform bubble particle, and supplies this to the inside of the reactor main body.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing iron-cobalt composite catalyst and a method for implementing water-gas shift reaction activity in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and producing highly selective liquid fuel using the same are provided to enhance the yield of liquid. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing iron-cobalt composite catalyst comprises: a step of supporting 5-20 parts by weight of cobalt with respect to 100 parts by weight of an iron catalyst(S140); and drying the supported iron-cobalt at 100-150 deg.C. for 3-5 hours(S150). The method further comprises a step of plasticizing the iron-cobalt; and a step of reducing the iron-cobalt under a hydrogen atmosphere. PURPOSE: A two stage F-T reactor system for improving the conversion ratio of synthetic gas is provided to maximize the yield of synthetic fuel for extending the lifetime of a catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A two stage F-T reactor system for improving the conversion ratio of synthetic gas includes a first reactor(10) and a second reactor(20). The first reactor receives first synthetic gas containing H2 and CO in a composition ratio of 0.6-1.2, and controls the flow speed of the first synthetic gas, the internal temperature, and the pressure for securing the 50-80% of CO conversion ratio. The second reactor receives second synthetic gas containing H2 and CO in a composition ratio of 1.8-2.0, and controls the flow speed of the second synthetic gas, the internal temperature, and the pressure for securing the 90-95% of CO conversion ratio.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cobalt-metal foam catalyst, the cobalt-metal foam catalyst, a heat media-based thermal exchanging type reactor with the catalyst, and a method for producing liquid oil are provided to stably control reaction temperature by efficiently control reaction heat. CONSTITUTION: The surface of metal foam is pre-processed based on an atomic layer deposition method using trimethylaluminum and water in order to form an Al_2O_3 thin film on the surface of the metal foam. Cobalt catalyst slurry is composed of the mixed solution of alumina sol, a cobalt catalyst, and isopropyl alcohol. The cobalt catalyst slurry is coated on the surface of the pre-processed metal foam based on a dip coating method. A drying process and a sintering process are implemented. A method for producing liquid oil is implemented using a heat media thermal exchanging type reactor. The heat media thermal exchanging type reactor is composed of a tube part(201), a shell part(202), an electricity heater(203), a heat media oil storage(206), and a heat media oil circulating pump(208).

PURPOSE: A temperature control apparatus of Fischer-Tropsch Fixed-Bed Reactor is provided to constantly maintain inner temperature of Fischer-Tropsch Fixed-Bed Reactor and minimize methane gas and carbon dioxide generation. CONSTITUTION: A temperature control apparatus of Fischer-Tropsch Fixed-Bed reactor comprises: a upper/lower partition plate(11,12) which is placed at the upper and lower portion to fix plural catalyst pipes(70) inside the reactor; a synthetic gas inlet space(21); catalyst fixation space(22); synthetic fuel collection space(23); a heating unit(30) which is connected to the catalyst fixation space and heats the catalyst pipe by reaction temperature; and a cooling unit(40) which is mounted at the catalyst pipe fixation space and cools the catalyst pipe to prevent temperature rise.

본 발명은 피셔-트롭쉬 액화공정용 합성가스 제조공정에 사용되는 메탄 자열개질촉매 및 이를 이용한 메쉬형 촉매층, 그리고 이를 이용한 피셔-트롭쉬용 합성가스 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 주된 목적은 주된 반응으로 메탄 또는 천연가스를 부분산화반응하고 부가되는 반응으로 수증기개질반응과 (역)수성가스전이반응{(reverse) water gas shift reaction, (R)WGS}에 의해 수소와 일산화탄소로 전환하면서, 피셔-트롭쉬 공정(Fischer-Tropsch Process)에 적합한 수소와 일산화탄소 비율(H 2 /CO≒2)을 얻는데 필요한 촉매 및 촉매층과 이를 이용한 반응조건을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 고표면적 알루미나 담체와, 촉매 전체 무게 대비 팔라듐 금속 2~4wt%로 조성된 피셔-트롭쉬 액화공정용 합성가스 제조 촉매 및 이 촉매를 메쉬형 금속판을 불규칙 유로를 유발하면서 원하는 촉매양에 따라 용이하게 그 수의 조절이 가능한 형태로 적층한 촉매층, 그리고 이를 이용한 합성가스 제조방법을 그 기술적 사상의 특징으로 한다. 자열개질, 팔라듐, 피셔-트롭쉬용 합성가스, 메쉬형 촉매층, 촉매부분산화반응

Cobalt catalysts with a metal structure as a catalyst frame, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for manufacturing highly selective wax liquid fuel in fischer-tropsch reaction using the same are provided to offer the catalysts having high yield about a was product selectively in liquid fuel. Cobalt catalysts with a metal structure as a catalyst frame are used for r fischer-tropsch reaction manufacturing gasoline, diesel, the wax etc from carbon monoxide and hydrogen. The cobalt catalysts includes a metal foam structure as the catalyst frame(1), a spherical catalyst feature(2) and a cobalt catalyst part(3). The metal foam structure is one selected from a group consisting of aluminium, iron, stainless steel, Fe-Cr-Al alloy, and Ni-Cr alloy.
