PURPOSE: A tile map service system using image fusion and a system thereof are provided to convert gray image tile map data and color image tile map data into color image tile map data having high spatial resolution through image fusion. CONSTITUTION: A multi resolution tile map data generating unit(120) of a server(100) extracts original file map data from a map data storage unit(110). The multi resolution tile map data generating unit stores gray image tile map data and color image tile map data in the map data storage unit. A multi resolution tile map data receiving/fusing unit of a client(300) supplies color image tile map data having the resolution of the gray image tile map data to a user by fusing the gray image tile map data with the color image tile map data.

PURPOSE: A method for converting a mobile web application to a native application and a device using the method are provided to keep open API and mash-up functions and to be optimized to a portable mobile. CONSTITUTION: Either the uniform resource locator(URL) of a web execution document or the URL of a local file is provided(S900). The web execution document executes a mobile web application. Based on the provided URL, the user interface element of the mobile web application is separated and analyzed(S910). The analyzed UI element is mapped to a native control executing a native application(S930). The mobile web application is converted into the native application.

PURPOSE: A geo-context creation apparatus, space based situation recognition service providing system, and method thereof are provided to easily manage and develop a space based situation recognition service by enabling a user to create the situation recognition service as a scenario type. CONSTITUTION: A space area establishment unit(154) provides an interface in order to establish space information. A diagram editor(152) provides the interface in order to define an input and output adaptor which is necessary for a geo-context. A geo-context creation unit(150) creates the geo-context. The geo-context includes sensor information provided from an external sensor and a context catalog server(202), one or more contexts, the space information established by the space area establishment unit, and the input and output adaptor defined by the diagram editor.

CONSTITUTION: In a method and system for providing driving information, an electronics questionnaire unit(110) makes up a question of the physical characteristics of a driver. The electronics questionnaire unit makes up a question of the psychological characteristics of a driver. A feature information extracting unit(120) generates the characteristic information of the driver An operation information providing unit(130) supplies the operation information of a vehicle to the driver.

이종 센서 통합 모델링에 의한 수치 사진 측량 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 서로 다른 센서를 갖는 프레임 카메라와 라인 카메라에 의해 촬영된 항공 영상과 위성 영상의 중첩된 영역에 대한 통일된 삼각측량기법이 제공된다. 삼각측량에 이용되는 지상 기준 피처로서, 지상 기준 라인 또는 지상 기준 면이 사용된다. 3차원 위치 결정의 정확도를 더 향상시키기 위해, 지상 기준 면과 함께 몇 개의 지상 기준 점을 더 사용할 수도 있다. 지상 기준 라인과 지상 기준 면은 LiDAR로부터 추출된다. 또한, 여러 장의 항공 영상 및 위성 영상을 블록으로 묶어서 블록 단위의 번들 조정에 의해 삼각측량을 수행할 수 있다. 정사 영상이 필요한 경우에는, LiDAR 시스템에 의해 작성된 다양한 정밀도의 지형 표고 모델을 원하는 정밀도에 따라 적절히 활용하여 정사 영상을 생성할 수 있다.

A real-time odor monitoring/managing system and a method thereof are provided to exactly analyze gas by automatically collecting the gas at the time when the odor is generated on the site regardless of geographical/time limit elements. A real-time odor monitoring/managing system is composed of an odor concentration sensing unit(21) for detecting the odor concentration of gas in real time and outputting the detected odor concentration; a collection control unit(24) for checking the concentration of odor output from the sensing unit and controlling whether to collect the gas or not, on the basis of the state indicating whether the concentration of odor exceeds a critical value or not; a gas collecting unit(23) gathering the gas according to the control of the control unit; and a gas storing unit(29) collecting/storing the extracted gas.
