A method and apparatus for a web service supporting the movability of a web object are provided. A web server creates movability information for a movable web object in a webpage in order to process the movement of the web object. The web server inserts a link indicative of the movability information into a header of the webpage and transmits the webpage with the link inserted thereinto to a primary device. The primary device obtains the movability information for the web object from the web server using the link. Disclosed are a method and system for participating an interactive broadcasting program using a friend setting function of a mobile instant messenger. A program enabler service method providing an interactive service for user participation in a broadcast program may comprise: receiving information related to the broadcast program, and generating script-type information for the broadcast program from the inputted information; opening a chat room for the broadcast program by setting a user who wants to participate in the broadcasting program as a friend using a mobile instant messenger (IM) enabler; and reading the generated script-type information by being linked to the broadcast program and providing the information to the user through the chat room. 자동차 배터리 정보에 따른 주유소 정보 전송 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 주유소 정보 전송 시스템은 자동차에 구비된 통신 단말을 통해 자동차의 배터리 상태를 수신하는 수신부; 배터리 상태가 배터리 부족 상태이면 통신 단말을 멀티캐스트 그룹(multicast group)으로 등록하는 등록부; 및 주유소 정보를 포함하는 멀티캐스트 패킷을 멀티캐스트 그룹에 등록된 통신 단말로 전송하는 전송부를 포함할 수 있다.

이동 단말의 위치에 따라 지역과 관련된 서비스를 제공하는 앱을 추천하는 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 이동 단말은 서버에게 이동 단말이 이동함에 따라 변경되는 정보를 제공한다. 서버는 단말이 전송한 정보를 등록된 앱들의 정보와 비교하여 추천 앱들을 결정하고, 결정된 추천 앱들을 이동 단말에게 전송한다. 서버는 이동 단말의 지리적 위치 정보 또는 이동 단말이 접근 가능한 SSID들의 목록을 사용하여 추천 앱들을 결정한다.

PURPOSE: A selection method for a specific part of a program based on a social service and a system thereof are provided to extract a keyword from a message, thereby generating a clip of content based on the keyword. PURPOSE: A cache system and a cache allocation method for a content-on-demand service using a multicast is provided to store the front part of the popular content having a high content exposure rate, transmit the front part of the content from the cache server to a unicast, and transmit the other part from a server to a multicast. CONSTITUTION: A content providing system determines data length of near content-on-demand content to be stored in a cache server(610). If a multicast transmission cost is less than a unicast transmission cost, the system orders to store data as long as the cache length of corresponding content in the cache server(630,640). PURPOSE: A web page loading system and method thereof are provided to reduce the loading time of the web page by loading web pages according to resources using the multiple paths.
