Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for estimating adhesive force of a vehicle and an estimating method thereof are provided to more accurately estimate the adhesive force without directly measuring driving resistance property including driving resistance, grade resistance, air resistance, and curve resistance. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for estimating adhesive force of a vehicle considering driving resistance property comprises: an adder(110) producing a middle value by multiplying a motor torque and a torque which is obtained by multiplying the deviation of a rotation angular speed to electric motor equivalent inertia, multiplying the deviation of a speed per unit time of a vehicle to the mass(M) of the vehicle, multiplying a negative value to the previous values, and adding the values; and a multiplier(120) calculating the adhesive force by multiplying a value which is obtained by distributing the wheel radius of the vehicle with a transmission gear rate to the middle value.

직렬형 하이브리드 추진시스템의 가속시 직류단 전압강하를 보상하기 위한 방법 및 직렬형 하이브리드 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 직렬형 하이브리드 추진시스템은 소정의 RPM으로 동작하는 엔진과, 엔진에 연결된 교류발전기와, 교류발전기에서 발생된 제1 교류전압을 소정크기의 제2 교류전압으로 변환하는 탭변압기와, 변환된 제2 교류전압을 정류하는 정류부와, 정류부에 연결된 메인배터리와, 메인배터리로부터 전력을 공급받아 구동되는 구동모터와, 정류부 양단간의 직류단 전압을 측정하기 위한 직류단 전압 검출부와, 측정된 직류단 전압에 기초하여, 제1 교류전압 대 제2 교류전압 간의 전압비 조절을 위한 전압비조절신호를 생성하는 차량 제어기와, 전압비조절신호에 따라 탭변압기의 권선비를 바꿈으로써, 직류단에 공급되는 전압레벨을 조절하기 위한 부하시탭조절부(On Load Tap Changer)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이를 통해 직류단 전압강하를 보상함과 동시에 메인배터리를 충전할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A vehicle speed control system and a method thereof are provided to passengers' driving comfort by accelerating and decelerating the vehicle through a maximum viscosity mode. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle speed control method comprises an acceleration control section, first moderation control section, a constant speed control section, and a deceleration control section. In the acceleration control section, a vehicle(10) performs acceleration control to a maximum viscosity area if a first target speed is decided. In first moderation control section, speed conversion impact is decreased when approaching to the first target speed. In the constant speed control section, the speed of the vehicle is controlled at a specific speed in order to be similar to the first target speed. In deceleration control section, deceleration braking is performed in order to lower the speed of the vehicle to a second target speed.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for a ground leakage-current detecting are provided to prevent a situation causing the passenger and driver in advance by preventing leakage current from being exposed to the outside. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a current measurement unit(50) measures a current flowing between an AC power line and the ground line and outputs a measured current. A voltage measurement unit(60) measures a voltage between a DC power line and the ground line and outputs a measured value. A ground leak detection unit(70) compares the current and voltage with a reference value and output the ground leak detection signal to stop an engine. The current measurement unit measures the current flowing in a capacitor bank [capacitor bank](40) as a current transformer and transmits the measured current at to the ground leak detection part. The voltage measurement unit includes a first transformer(61) and a second transformer(62).

A smart station for road or railroad vehicle is provided to allow passengers, especially wheelchaired person, to get on an off of road or railway vehicle easily and safely. A smart station for road or railroad vehicle comprises a stand-by module(10) and a sliding platform(20). The stand-by module comprises a stand-by space in which passengers wait for a road or railway vehicle, and a gate(17) through which the passengers move to/from the stand-by space from/to the road or railroad vehicle. The sliding platform is installed on the bottom wall of the stand-by module equipped with the gate and slides to the road or railway vehicle in order to connect the bottom of the road or railway vehicle and the bottom of the stand-by module.

A charging/discharging apparatus of a railway vehicle inverter is provided to reduce a load and manufacturing cost by reducing the number of resistors and breakers of a propulsion device of a railway vehicle. A filter capacitor(220) supplies a power to an inverter. A charging and regenerative chopper resistor part(200) switches charge of the filter capacitor into a power transistor. The charging and regenerative chopper resistor part includes a first switch(202), a second switch(204), a contactor(212), and a resistor(210). The first switch controls the charge and regenerative power consumption. The second switch is turned on when overvoltage is generated by the regenerative power. The resistor is connected between the first switch and the second switch. The resistor exhausts the overvoltage due to the regenerative power of a traction motor.
