Abstract:
본 발명은 폐전선 피복물을 사용한 전기전도성 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 염화비닐 수지(PVC), 에틸렌계 수지(PE) 등이 포함된 폐전선 피복물을 재활용하며, 폐전선 피복물 중에 소량으로 포함되는 구리 등의 전도성 금속을 그대로 이용하므로써 전도성 소재로 함유되는 카본블랙의 함량을 감소시킬 수 있어 카본블랙과 수지와의 상용성 저하의 문제를 해소하여 분산성이 개선되고, 또 특정의 상용성 공중합체가 일정 함량비로 첨가될 경우 가공성, 열안정성 및 기계적 물성을 더욱 향상시키는 전기전도성 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폐전선 피복물을 이용한 전기전도성 조성물은 프레스 성형 또는 압출, 사출 성형하여 대전방지 및 전자파 차폐 등의 목적으로 산업 관련 건축재 및 일상 생활용품까지 다양한 용도로 사용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polyamic acid derivative having an aliphatic ring-based side chain for a liquid crystal alignment layer is provided, to improve the heat resistance, the surface strength characteristic, the transparency, the pretilt angle of liquid crystal and the solubility of the polyamic acid derivative. CONSTITUTION: The polyamic acid derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein n is an integer of 1-300. Preferably the polyamic acid derivative has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.3-1.5 dL/g, a molecular weight of 10,000-150,000, a glass transition temperature of 230-400 deg.C, a pretilt angle of 4-89.5 degree, and an imidization temperature of 200-300 deg.C. The polyamic acid derivative is soluble in dimethylacetamide, dimethylformamide, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, tetrahydrofuran, chloroform, acetone, ethyl acetate or γ-butyrolactone.

PURPOSE: A polysulfone-based nanocomposite material, a polysulfone-based nanocomposite material film using the nanocomposite material, a display substrate using the film and a packing material using the film are provided, to improve a gas barrier property. CONSTITUTION: The polysulfone-based nanocomposite material comprises 83-98.9 wt% of a sulfone-based polymer of polysulfone or polyethersulfone; 0.1-7 wt% of a layered silicate; and 1-10 wt% of an organic compatibilizer of low molecular weight polysulfone or polyethersulfone whose terminal is substituted with a hydroxyl group or a C6-C30 long alkyl chain group and which has a number average molecular weight of 2,000-5,000. Preferably the sulfone-based polymer has a molecular weight of 20,000-200,000; and the layered silicate is one selected from montmorillonite, lucentite (synthetic smectite), kaolinite, magadiite, kenyaite, hectorite and vermiculite, or its organized layered silicate.

PURPOSE: A fire-retardant polypropylene resin composition is provided, which improves fire-retardancy, processability, and mechanical properties, therefore can be used for coating fabrics, coating and insulating electric wires, structures, cases of electronic products, and plastic injection, extrusion goods. CONSTITUTION: The fire-retardant polypropylene resin composition contains: 100pts.wt. of a matrix comprising 70-99pts.wt. of a polypropylene resin and 1-30pts.wt. of an olefin-based oligomer containing at least two hydroxy groups, wherein the polypropylene resin has a melt index of 0.5-80g/10min and is a crystalline isotactic propylene homopolymer, an ethylene-propylene block or random copolymer, or a mixture thereof; 10-40pts.wt. of a halogen-based fire-retardant agent; 0.5-10pts.wt. of an organized lamellar silicate as a fire-retardant agent.

PURPOSE: A polyamic acid copolymer which can provide polyimide film with excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation degree and the like, by thermal imidization is provided by introducing a flexible group, and a triple bond and imide group from bis(ethynyl aniline) into the copolymer at once. CONSTITUTION: The polyamic acid copolymer comprises polyamic acids of formulas 1 and 2 as repeating units, a flexible group (-X- shown in formula 1), and a triple bond and imide group from bis(ethynyl aniline). In the formula, -X- is -O-, -CH2-, -C(O)-, -S- or -S(O)-. The polyimide film is prepared by conducting a thermal imidization of the polyamic acid copolymer.

PURPOSE: Provided is an electroconductive composition which comprises a specific copolymer for maximizing the compatibility of electric wire sheathing and carbon black in a predetermined ratio, and shows further improved heat stability and mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: The electroconductive composition comprises 100 parts by weight waste electric wire sheathing containing 0.1-10 parts by weight metal residual components, 1-30 parts by weight of conductive carbon black, and 0-20 parts by weight of ethylene copolymer having ester, acetate or acryl group as a side chain group. The waste electric wire sheathing is substituted with new thermoplastic resin in the range of 0-30 parts by weight.

본 발명은 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체 100중량부, 고무 또는 아이오노며 0.5∼20중량부, 폴리에틸렌 1∼20중량부, 가교제 0.1∼5.0중량부, 발포제 및 충전제 1∼5중량부로 이루어진 신발중창용 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 공중합체 조성물을 80∼120℃에서 혼합하여 펠릿을 만든후, 상기 펠릿을 30∼70℃에서 4시간 건조한 다음, 사출기에 투입하여 실린더의 온도를 80∼120℃로 유지하고, 140∼180℃온도의 금형에서 사출하여 가교 및 발포시킴으로써 평균 밀도가 0.15g/㎤∼0.25g/㎤인 신발 중창 또는 외창을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 방법은 금형내에서 직접 이루어지기 때문에 원재료 손실이 없기 때문에 경제적일 뿐만 아니라 원재료의 폐기량을 크게 줄일 수 있으며, 또한 본 방법에 의하여 제조된 신발 중창은 압축변형율, 충격흡수율 등 기계� � 강도가 우수하다.

A copolymer of formula (I) includes etherimideimide (EII) and etherimide (EI). In the formula(I); R and R1=m or p C6H4, 4, 4'-diphenyl methane, 4, 4'-diphenyl ether, 2, 4-toluene, 1, 6-naphthalene, and 4, 4' diphenyl sulphone; Ar and Ar'=6-12C alkyl and phenyl derivatives; n and m=5-500. The copolymer is used as a heat resistant engineering plastic. The EII/EI copolymers have better tensile strengths and higher decomposition temps. than the corresponding PEII and PEI homopolymers.
