이러한 본 발명은 클러치 페달 부위에 배터리로부터 인가되는 전기접점스위치를 형성하여 클러치 페달을 밟게 되면 접점스위치가 통전되어 이 접점스위치가 트랜스밋션 기어 시프팅 레버의 손잡이 부분에 형성된 전기 접점스위치와 연결되어 이 접점스위치를 작동시킴에 따라 액셀러레이터 페달에 형성된 액츄에이터가 작동하여 이와 연결된 엑셀러레이터 페달이 당겨져서(발로 밟는 것과 동일한 효과) 액셀러레이터 케이블이 트로틀 레버를 당겨 엔진의 트로틀 밸브를 개방하여 엔진의 회전수를 상승시키게 한 것이다.
