    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for consistently controlling/managing wiring harness configuration data of a vehicle is provided to facilitate understanding of each changed part in a product and keep consistency of design data to the final mass production by keeping data matching for design change generated in a wiring harness design step and combining the parts having different history. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle sort is registered and wiring for an electronic part of the vehicle is formed. A category of a wiring part is discriminated and a harness name is registered. Electric wiring circuit design and 3D(Dimensional) physical design are advanced. All option specs included in the vehicle are extracted from a completed electric circuit, a number of product cases for the wiring harness according to a model of the vehicle is calculated by linking product spec of the vehicle with the options, and relationship is defined. Each wiring harness part is generated by detail functions and a part number of the wiring harness part is assigned. If a 3D layout model is completed, a sub assembly list for items forming the wiring harness is calculated/produced by handling a 3D geometry with the number of wiring derivation cases.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A car body rotating device is provided to improve efficiency of operation and safety by freely rotating a car body at an angle of 90 degrees and continuously maintaining the rotating state. CONSTITUTION: A car body rotating device includes a first frame part(1) formed vertically, a second frame part(3) formed in a horizontal direction of an end of the first frame part, first and second arm parts(7), a balancing cylinder part(21), a hinge part(23), and a moving cart part(25). The first arm part is connected with a hydraulic circuit part formed on a side surface of the first frame part, and fixes a side of a car body by laterally moving the inside of the first frame part according to the operation of the hydraulic circuit part. The second arm part is mounted in a vertical direction of an end of the second frame part, and fixes the other side of the car body by laterally moving along the hydraulic circuit part. The balancing cylinder part is connected with the first frame part, and rotates the first frame part at an angle of 90 degrees. The hinge part is mounted at a lower end of the first frame part. The moving cart is mounted between the first and second arm parts and moved back and forth by the hydraulic circuit part.
