    Abstract: A driving force assisting system of a commercial vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to prevent wear of a tire, and to improve durability of a driving shaft by automatically releasing or keeping the driving force assisting mode according to vehicle speed, acceleration and passage of time. A driving force assisting system includes an air suspension(70), an air tank(80) charging air from a compressor, a driving force assisting switch(10) outputting a mode selection contact signal, a vehicle height sensor(20), a vehicle speed sensor(30) detecting travel speed, a driving shaft wheel speed sensor(40) connected to a driving wheel shaft to detect rpm of the driving shaft wheel, a control unit(50) controlling axial load distribution to apply permissible maximum load to the driving shaft by regulating pressure of a spring of the air suspension and releasing or keeping the driving force assisting mode according to vehicle speed after starting, acceleration and elapsed time, and an actuator(60) distributing axial load by opening an air passage between the air suspension and the air tank and regulating pressure of the spring of the air suspension and having a magnetic valve. The control unit keeps the driving force assisting mode in moving below the predetermined vehicle speed, and regulates pressure of the spring of the air suspension to evenly apply axial load to all shafts by releasing the driving force assisting mode in traveling over the predetermined vehicle speed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for opening and closing a door for a bus is provided to reduce the shock due to the opening and closing of a door by backward flowing air through a valve seat and balancing pneumatic pressure. CONSTITUTION: Air is stored in and supplied from an air tank. An emergency valve is for manually opening and closing a door in an emergency. A magnetic valve operated by an on/off switch determines the supply passage of air. A double acting cylinder opens and closes the door by the air determined by the magnetic valve. An anti-shock valve(50) prevents the sudden opening and closing of the door when the door is changed from a manual mode to an automatic mode.
