The damper(12) includes a damper rod(17) having a front end connected to an inner side of the bumper cover(10) and a rear end made of a screw, a damper housing(18) meshed with the damper rod(17), and a damper spring(19) elastically supporting the rear end of the damper rod(17).

CONSTITUTION: A brake power restrict valve of a vehicle comprises a valve housing(21) having an inlet nipple(21a) connected with a hydraulic pipe(3) and an outlet nipple(21b) connected to a wheel brake device, a brake power transmitting piston(22) having a piston stopper(22a) sliding along a stopper guide groove(21c) of the valve housing, a brake power maintaining unit installed in a recessed groove(23) communicated with the lower face of the stopper guide groove, and a return pipe(26) combined with a connecting pipe(25) for the recessed groove and connected with the hydraulic pipe. The brake power maintaining unit consists of a safety spring and a safety plate. The brake pressure of rear wheels is adjusted easily by adjusting the length of an adjust screw(27) combined with the piston stopper. If a tandem master cylinder is broken of the hydraulic line is damaged, the piston stopper pressurizes the safety plate of the brake power maintaining unit. The piston stopper stops in the middle of the stopper guide groove. Therefore, the brake pressure of rear wheels is maintained.
