Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for warning the abnormality of a driver and a vehicle is provided to improve driving safety and prevent an accident by promptly warning the drivers of surrounding vehicles of a careless driver or vehicle abnormality. CONSTITUTION: A device for warning the abnormality of a driver and a vehicle comprises a driver and vehicle state determining unit(10), a message generating unit(12), a communication unit(14), a display unit(16), and a control unit(18). The driver and vehicle state determining unit determines the abnormality of a vehicle and the driving state of a driver. The message generating unit generates vehicular intercommunication massages with respect to the level of a risk on the basis of the determined result from the driver and vehicle state determining unit. The communication unit transmits the massages to surrounding vehicles. The display unit displays the massages on a screen. The control unit determines the level of the risk on the basis of the determined result and controls the message generating unit to generate the massages corresponding to the risk level by stages.
