Abstract: PURPOSE: A bump stopper for a suspension for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to absorb the strong shock by forming of a bellows shape and to reduce the manufacturing cost without additionally manufacturing a dust cover, cup holder and so on. CONSTITUTION: A bump stopper for a suspension for a vehicle is composed of dicarboxylate-diol polymer 50~60 weight% and glycol polymer 40~50 weight%. The bump stopper is made of thermoplastic elastomer and is formed of a bellows shape. A wrinkle in which concaves and convexes are repeated is formed on the outer surface of the bump stopper.
