Abstract: PURPOSE: A motor assembly for a vehicle equipped with a stator core is provided to reduce coil used amount by reducing the length of the stator core. CONSTITUTION: A bearing(120) is assembled in a stator core assembly. A rotor core(140) is assembled with a rotor magnet(150). A shaft(160) is pressed in the assembly of the rotor magnet and the rotor core. An O-ring(170), a bolt(172), and a grommet(174) are fixed and coupled on a shaft assembly. A wire assembly(180) and a connector(190) are connected to the shaft. A groove for wiring a coil is formed on a partitioned core manufactured by soft magnetic powder. The partitioned core assemblies a core sub assembly and a yoke. A front bearing is coupled and fixed between the core sub assembly and the yoke.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A head up display for vehicles and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to relatively reduce pressure applied to an OLED device in a bonding process by forming a pattern bonding film thicker than an OLED. CONSTITUTION: An OLED device(100) is inserted inside a wind shield in order to directly display an image. A pattern bonding film(110) having thickness thicker than the OLED is inserted between two bonding films(120). A hollow part(111) is formed in the center of the pattern bonding film in order to arrange the OLED. The OLED is laminated on a conductive film like a PET(Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) film. The bonding film and the pattern bonding film are made of EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) or PVB(Poly Vinyl Butal) of thickness thicker than the OLED. A bonding glass is adhered in an outer layer of the bonding film with a vacuum state.

The hydrophilic coating glass is manufactured as follows: A silica sol is coated on the glass and dried at 80 to 100°C. for 10 to 20 mins for a barrier coating. A mixed sol of titanium oxide and palladium is first coated on the barrier coated glass and dried at 100 to 120°C. for 5 to 15 mins. This coating is repeated 2 or 3 times to coat a titanium oxide layer on the barrier layer. The titanium oxide layer coated glass is heat treated at 500 to 620°C. for 30 mins or 1 hour.
