Abstract: A mounting structure of a grommet for a vehicle is provided to easily mount the grommet by recessing a folding space of other side of a combining end when the combining end is inserted in an operation hole of an outside panel. A mounting structure of a grommet for a vehicle comprises a body plate formed like an elliptic shape; a combining end(14) integrally formed at an edge part on the rear surface of the body plate; and a combining hole(18) formed between the other side of the combining end and the rear surface of the body plate so as to allow an outside panel(20) of a rear door to be inserted. The combining end is easily folded when inserting the combining end in the operation hole of the outside panel by making a folding space(24) concaved at a part connecting to the combining hole.
