    Abstract: PURPOSE: A condenser for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of components and simplify the layout of connection pipes through condense coolant by using the lamination type plate composed into one body with the receiver drier and overcools the condensed coolant through heat exchanging with the low temperature low pressure gas coolant supplied from an evaporator. CONSTITUTION: A condenser for a vehicle comprises a main radiating unit(110), a receiver drier(130), and an overcooling radiating unit(140). The main radiating unit is composed through laminating a plurality of plates and circulates coolant by being connected with a radiator and condenses coolant. The receiver drier is connected to the main radiating unit and removes the humidity in the condensed coolant. The over cooling radiating unit is formed into one body in the lower portion of the main radiating unit and overcools the coolant passing through the receiver drier.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A radiator cap is provided to prevent leakage of coolant through a pressure valve by preventing deformation of a rubber member of the pressure valve due to a protrusion of a filler neck. CONSTITUTION: An annular downward protrusive part(33) is formed on a bottom of a pressure valve(32) so that an inner circumference thereof contacts with a periphery of an upward protrusive part(23) of a filler neck(22) to prevent heat distortion of the bottom of the pressure valve made of rubber due to the upward protrusive part. Thermal strain of the pressure valve due to the upward protrusive part is prevented by the downward protrusive part though force is given to the pressure valve by the upward protrusive part when a radiator cap is opened and closed for supplying coolant or measuring amount of coolant. The downward protrusive part is expanded by heat continuously transmitted from high temperature coolant to block a surrounding space through which coolant leaks so as to improve sealing performance and to prevent over-heating of an engine.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An engine driving belt is provided to improve endurance by increasing strength, and to reduce noise by preventing wear of the belt and the belt from being lengthened. CONSTITUTION: A driving belt(1) is composed of a rubber body(2), and plural teeth(3) are formed longitudinally in the rubber body. A reinforcing member(4) is mounted in the rubber body, and made of metal springs zigzag bent. The metal springs having elastic force are arranged in the rubber body against tension and compression to prevent breakage of the belt. Endurance is improved with mounting the elastic bent metal springs in the rubber body against load applied to the belt longitudinally and widthwise. Breakage of the belt is prevented with inserting the springs. The noise is reduced with preventing wear of the belt, and accidents are prevented with restricting the belt from being cut.
