    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a catalyst-integrated metal filter using electrophoretic deposition is provided to coat a catalyst on the metal filter stably by minimizing increase of pressure and low coating strength etc. A method for manufacturing a catalyst-integrated metal filter using electrophoretic deposition comprises the following steps of: depositing aluminum on a metal plate with an electrophoretic deposition method; converting aluminum into aluminum oxide with through oxidation; dipping noble metals in a alumina porous layer by dipping an alumina-metal filter in a noble metal solution; and drying and plasticizing the dipped alumina-metal filter at 120°C for 12 hours.
