Abstract: PURPOSE:To grasp the data communication volume in the originating equipment by transmitting the data volume to be transmitted to the originating side from the terminating side, which gets the transmission right before data communication when the transmission right is inverted. CONSTITUTION:When session is inverted in a terminatingside data communication equipment 2, the data volume to be transmitted continuously which is inputted with keys or the like is reported to the originating side. If trouble will occur by reception of this data, for example, an originating-side equipment 1 will be occupied in reception for a long time and cannot transmit data to the other equipments then or the amount of charging will be large because this data to be received by the originating-side equipment 1 is long, this data reception is preliminarily abnormally terminated to disconnect the call, and data communication is stopped.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the communication to communication equipments succeeding a relevant communication equipment if the communication by next equipment is disabled by sending a relay communication address table having plural addresses at every communication of the communication equipment using the T.62 of the CCITT recommendations in the layer 5 of an OSI 7 layer. CONSTITUTION:When a call is given to a T.62 session sublayer of the CCITT to a communication equipment B by relay communication from a communication equipment A, an identifier and address or the like are sent up to equipments A-E. The communication equipment B receiving a control document analyzes its content to obtain an address to be sent. Then similar transmission is applied from a control document received already to the communication equipment C. If communication is disabled from the communication equipment C to the communication equipment D in case of making a call, the address is updated from a control document in the communication equipment E to obtain the address of the next communication equipment E. Thus, the communication equipment gives a call to the communication equipment E without communicating with the communication equipment D.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile capable of communication at a high efficiency in the manner of the full duplex. SOLUTION: The facsimile transmits procedure signals in the full duplex and transmits picture signals in the semi-duplex. For sending an initial identification signal the receiver side continuously sends the initial identification signal until receiving a receiving instruction signal. Thus, if the initial identification signal sent out from the receiver becomes error the initial identification signal is sent out not after lapse of 3 or 4.5 sec or more as in the prior art but immediately to reduce the procedure time and ensure the full duplex.

Thus, a voice signal or the like is transmitted, independently of a reception signal, and a CNG signal can be detected without being affected by the voice signal even if the voice signal is being transmitted.

When outputting the history information of a communication managing report or the like, it is outputted while adding information showing the communication line or the like used for the history information. Thus, which port is used for communication can be comprehended at a glance.

Whether or not the ANSam transmission start time comes is discriminated and when the time comes, the transmission of the ANSam is started, a phase 1 of the V.34 is executed and the communication is started based on the standards. The ANSam transmission start time is revised by the operation of the user or serviceman.

In this case, a memory of the LAN as a location of receiving image data by each LAN user and each terminal equipment is allocated to a memory of each server. Thus, the destination of the image data read by the scanner 111 of the facsimile equipment is commanded by the operation of the facsimile equipment and the image data are sent to a terminal equipment on the LAN.

A counter which continuously counts the number of the reception times of MCF in the same communication is reset. When MCF is continuously received in the same communication except in the number of times except for m-times and 2m-times, a mode change is required. Thus, the protocol deciding the bit rate is started based on the reception situation of the previous page.
