    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the variance in quality of the hologram by treating a recording carrier with plural solvents having each specified solubility parameters in succession. CONSTITUTION:The recording carrier contains mainly a polymer (such as polyvinyl carbazole) comprising a unit structure of an aromatic ring or a heterocyclic ring having a reaction position capable of substituting with a radical, and halogen-contg. compd. (such as CI4). And, said carrier is removed the halogen- contg. compd. with the solvent, after forming an interference pattern by a radiation ray.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture a polishing tool to be used in polishing fluid in an accurate manner, by fixing a spherically machined porous core in an abrasive layer molding die, injecting an abrasive coating material in the cavity, and penetrating it into the porous inside, then forming it into the polishing tool. CONSTITUTION:A porous aluminum material 10a is fitted in the tip of a turning shaft 8, fixed by screw fastening or the like, and it is machined, thereby forming a porous aluminum spherical body 10. Next, this porous aluminum spherical body 10 is set in paired dies 14A and 14B, and hydrophilic polymer gel is injected into the cavity from an inlet, penetrating it into the porousness, thereby forming a polymer gel layer 12 the sphere surface. And, this polishing tool and a workpiece 6 are set up in polishing fluid 4 containing abrasive grains, and when the polymer gel layer 12 is approached to the workpiece 6 while rotating the turning shaft 8, the ambient polishing fluid 4 is dragged round owing to the hydrophilic property, thus polishing is carried out by the dynamic pressure. Thus, the polishing tool to be used in the polishing fluid is manufacturable in an accurate manner.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a high quality image which can be used conveniently and repeatedly, by applying an external signal onto a transfer medium having a polymer gel layer containing a first component, then transferring the first component to a transferring material and reacting the first component with a second component thus making a record. CONSTITUTION:When a transfer medium 10 and material 5 to be transferred are laminated then radiation beam such as infrared beam 3 is irradiated from the side of the transferring medium 10 according to an information signal, a polymer gel layer 2 is heated and a heated portion 6 shrinks thermally. Consequently, agents contained therein exudes in the form of solution or dispersion liquid, which reacts with an agent on the material 5 to be transferred so as to develop or extinct a color thus transferring an image 7 being formed according to the information signal onto the material 5 to be transferred. When irradiation of the infrared beam is interrupted, the portion 6 where the agent exuded is recovered to the original polymer gel in a short time then recovered to the original state containing the agent through dispersion. Consequently, transfer can be repeated until the agent in the polymer gel layer is consumed entirely.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device at a low cost, by applying an alternating electric field between electrodes on every phase of a first specific-plate-formed unit and electrodes on a second plate-formed unit. CONSTITUTION:So far as an electrostatic actuator is concerned, on the surface of the rotor 1 of a dielectric unit, electrodes 1a are arranged radially at specified intervals. On the rotor 1, a rotation shaft 2 is pivotally fitted and is supported pivotally and rotatably on the bearing 7 of upper and lower plates 5, 6. On the upper surface of the lower plate 6 confronted with the rotor 1, substrates 4 are laminated, and the confronted surface, electrode patterns 3 are arranged. The electrodes are formed at specified intervals radially to the axis of the rotation shaft 2 of the rotor 1. A distance between the rotor 1, the substrates 4, and the upper plate 5 s retained to be a specified distance by spacers and screws 9a-9d and the bearing 7, and the rotor 1 and the substrates 4 are composed to be rotatably moved in the directions of arrow heads A, B shown in figure. Then, by diminishing a gap between the substrates 4 and the rotor 1, a device can be miniaturized and formed to be of a thin type.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily and inexpensively obtain a composite material in which various physical properties are arbitrarily varying in a molding by carrying out mixing with changing, with the passage of time, the mixing ratio between plural constituents and by feeding the above to a molding apparatus in revolution for molding. CONSTITUTION:In preparing the composite material in which constituents are varying in the direction of thickness by use of a grain-dispersed solution, a dispersed solution 1' containing grains 1 which is agitated 3 and uniformly dispersed in a vessel 4 is fed 6 into a vessel 5, which is agitated 3' in the vessel 5 and mixed with a dispersed solution 2' in which grains 2 other than the grains 1 are uniformly dispersed. Subsequently, this mixed dispersed solution is spouted 9 into a molding apparatus 10 from the tip of a supply route 7, which is piled up on a filter 13 in the cylindrical molding apparatus 10 whose molding part 10' including the filter is rotating in a direction practically parallel to the filter face. During the above procedure, as the total outflow rate of the mixed dispersed solution is increased, the mixing proportion of the grains 1 in the vessel 5 is increased and the mixing proportion of the grains 2 is decreased. Resultingly, in a molding piled up on the filter 13, the mixing proportion of the grains 1 is raised in the direction of thickness from the base toward the top. In this way, the molding 12, that is, the desired composite material can be formed.

CONSTITUTION:A tetraaminated metal phthalocyanine compound (e.g. tetraaminophthalocyanine germanium dihydroxide), a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (e.g. pyromellitic dianhydride) and a ligand compound (e.g. dihydroxygermanium phthalocyanine dihydroxide) are evaporated and deposited on a substrate (e.g. silicon substrate) to form a polyamic acid coating film, which is converted to the corresponding polyimide by heating together with the substrate (preferably at 180-250 deg.C) to obtain the objective polymeric semiconductor film.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form an org. optical element having an optional refractive index distribution and optional size at a high grade and low cost by supplying a mixed dispersion consisting of org. particles at varied mixing ratios to a molding device and forming a molding having the mixing ratios varying in the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:The dispersions 1', 2' dispersed with different org. particles are filled in supply paths 6, 7 and while the inside air is evacuated, a cock 8 is opened to attain a suitable flow rate. The mixed dispersion is injected into the molding device 10 from the top end of a supply path 7, then the dispersion 1' of the volume corresponding to the volume at which the dispersion flows at according to the first outflow of the dispersion 2' flows into a vessel 5 through a supply path 6. The dispersion 1' and the dispersion 2' are uniformly mixed in a vessel 5 by a stirring means 3'. The mixed dispersion flowing out of a supply path 7 is supplied to the molding device 10 under rotation. The org. particles are settled and separated onto the side wall surface of the device 10 by centrifugal force, by which the liquid medium is separated. The molding 12 is thus formed by removing the separated liquid medium.

The separated volatile solvent medium is removed by a suitable means, by which the intended molding having the change in the mixing ratio in the radial direction is obtd.
