    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent insufficiency of lubrication by providing the first communication path intermittently connecting a back pressure chamber to communicate with a suction chamber and the second communication path intermittently connecting the back pressure chamber to communicate with lubricating oil in the bottom part of a closed casing. CONSTITUTION:The first communication path 21, intermittently connecting a back pressure chamber 22 to communicate with a suction chamber 11a or a suction passage 15 or a suction pipe, and the second communication path 24, intermittently connecting the back pressure chamber 22 to communicate with lubricating oil in the bottom part of a closed casing 1, are provided. By intermittently opening and closing the first and second communication paths 21, 24, a pressure in the back pressure chamber 22 is held to an intermediate pressure approximate to a limit pressure at which a vane 20 comes into contact with a roller 5, and a sliding loss is reduced. In this way, a flow of the lubricating oil to the suction chamber 11a or the like is formed through the back pressure chamber 22 from the bottom part of the closed casing 1 surely one time per one turn of a shaft 3.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a compressor by a method wherein an inner roller is located to a crank, and an arcuate notch part having a curvature equivalent to or higher than that of the tip of e vane is the outer peripheral part of an outer roller engaged externally of the inner roller. CONSTITUTION:A vane 6 by which a compression chamber 11 is partitioned into high and low pressure chambers 11a and 11b is pressed against an outer roller 5b through the force of a spring 10. Even it rotating movement of the outer roller 5b along with eccentric rotation of a crank 3c is regulated, since an inner roller 5a is engaged internally of the outer roller 5b with a clearance held therebetween, rotating movement is not interrupted so much. Thus, through regulation of rotation of the inner roller 5a, incurring of a slide loss between the crank 3c and the inner roller 5a can be reduced. In a slide part between the tip of the vane 6 partitioning the high pressure chamber 11d from the low pressure chamber 11b and the outer roller 5b, a seal distance is increased by means of an arcuate notch part 20, and leakage from the high pressure chamber 11a to the lower pressure chamber 11b can be reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain satisfactory operation efficiency in a wire rotating range by arranging a spring between an eccentric bush on the way through which the rotation of an electric motor section is transmitted to a revolving scroll and a boss, and concurrently arranging a magnet and super conductor therein. CONSTITUTION:A scroll compressor allows the rotating movement of a shaft 20 accompanied with the rotation of an electric motor section to be transmitted to a revolving scroll via both an eccentric bush 19 and a projection 20. In this case, cut-outs 19b and 19c are formed in the eccentric bush 19, and cut-outs 20b and 20c are also concurrently formed on the shaft 20 at their corresponding positions. Thence, a spring 21 is housed in between the cut-outs 19c and 20c, and a super conductor 22 and a magnet are concurrently arranged into the cut-out 19b and the cut outs 20b respectively. This constitution allows the rotating force of the eccentric bush 19 to be balanced by three force such as the resulted force F of compression load and centrifugal force, spring force F1 and repulsive force F2 caused by Meissner effect of the super conductor.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely enable cooling of an electric motor so as to prevent temperature increase of a compressor by finally discharging compression gas discharged from a discharge hole from a discharge tube provided at the space constituted of an enclosed casing and the electric motor member. CONSTITUTION:A space 23 is formed over the whole periphery of an electric motor member 2, while a discharge tube 26 is opened at the space 23. Coolant taken in by means of an intake tube 18 through an intake hole 9 is once compressed and discharged to a first chamber 15 through a discharge hole 8, and then it flows to a second chamber 16. It further flows into the space 23 through spaces 21, 21a of the electric motor member, flows over the whole within the space 23 while cooling the electric motor member 2, and then discharged to a cooling system by means of a discharge pipe 19.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable power to be decreased to the adiabatic compression power or less, by providing a cooling mechanism, which performs a heat exchange with compressed gas in a cylinder chamber, in its periphery so as to eliminate a loss by receiving heat further to take heat from the compressed gas. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 23 has a heat radiating part 24 in the outside of an enclosed casing 1, and the pipe 23, whose both ends 24a, 24b communicate with end parts 22a, 22b of space 22 positioned in the vicinity of a gate valve 7 respectively, constitutes a cooling mechanism 25 formed by a heat pipe as a closed circuit. A refrigerant, sealed in the pipe 23 and the space 22, accumulates in the space 22 as the liquid refrigerant before operation but gradually evaporates while absorbing heat as a temperature rises in a cylinder 18, and the refrigerant reaches the heat radiating part 24 through the pipe 23 here radiates heat being liquefied again returned to the space 22. Hereafter repeating this cycle to decrease the temperature of the cylinder 18, a temperature of compressed gas in a cylinder chamber 9 finally decreases. In this way, the improvement of efficiency can be promoted by substantially reducing compression power.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate breakdown, abnormal noise, abrasion, etc., of fixing pins and to improve the reliability, by arranging a retainer rotatably while interlocking with a swivel scroll and setting the axial moving amount thereof to 1/20-1/1000 of the thickness of the retainer. CONSTITUTION:A portion of the thrust force of a swivel scroll 5 is held by balls 15a-15x. The balls 15a-15x are interlocked with swivel motion of the swivel scroll 5 to make circular motion in the holes 16a-16x of a retainer 16 and contact with the wall face of said holes 16a-16x, thereby rotary force functions onto the retainer 16 to rotate the retainer 16 freely on a block 3 because it is not secured. Since the axial clearance of the sliding section of the retainer 16 is set to about 1/100 of the thickness of the retainer, the retainer 16 does not vibrate resulting in a smooth sliding without causing abnormal noise nor abrasion of the sliding section of the retainer 16.

CONSTITUTION:Keys 7a and 7b of an Oldham's ring 7 are slid in the key groove in a revolving scroll, and leubrite treatment is applied on a surface. Keys 7c and 7d are slid in the key groove of an upper block, composite plating is applied on a surface, and ceramic composite plating is also applied on the revolving scroll. Since, in the slide parts, a material having excellent slide characteristics is combined with surface treatment, the slide part can be prevented from wear.

This constitution causes dispersion of a contact load and enables prevention of wear of the retainer and the ball.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an Oldham's ring of light weight, large mechanical strength and excellent abrasion resistance by forming the ring for a rotation prevention mechanism with a light-weight composite material comprising aluminum alloy casting having a cast reinforcement. CONSTITUTION:An Oldham's ring 6 constituting a rotation prevention mechanism for a scroll type compressor comprises a projection 6a engaged with a turning scroll groove, another projection 6b engaged with a block groove and a reinforcement 6c cast into an aluminum alloy parent metal with a high pressure casting method. The reinforcement 6c is formed substance of 90-98% porosity such as nickel or preformed short fibrous ceramic such as alumina. Therefore, an aluminum alloy can easily permeates into porous spaces at the time of casting, thereby making a light-weight composite material. According to the aforesaid constitution, it is possible to obtain the Oldham's ring 6 of light weight, large mechanical strength and excellent abrasion resistance, and the reliability and the mechanical efficiency of the compressor are improved.
