Abstract:
Method and apparatus for transmitting an information signal generate a plurality of block signals on the basis of the information signal, generate a plurality of parity block signals on the basis of the plural data block signals, generate a frame signal containing the plural data block signals and the parity block signals, and send out the frame signal. Each of the data block signals includes a first block synchronizing signal indicating the start of the data block signal, a data signal containing the information signal and a first parity signal derived by encoding the data signal. Each of the parity block signals incudes a second block synchronizing signal indicating the start of the parity block signal, a second parity signal and a third parity signal. Bit signals located at same bit positions in the respective second parity signals are derived by encoding bit signals located at the same positions in the respective data signals. Bit signals located at same bit positions in the respective third parity signals are derived by encoding the bit signals located at the same bit positions in the respective first parity signals or alternatively the third parity signal in each parity block signal is derived by encoding the second parity signal in each parity block signal.

Abstract:
An error correction coding and decoding circuit for digitally coded information in which a majority difference set cyclic code is used to apply error correction coding and decoding to a data signal having data bits suitably assigned to information bits and parity bits, characterized in that a clock signal (CLKC) for the internal operation of the circuit, a data load clock signal for loading data onto the circuit, and a data read clock signal for reading data from the circuit are delivered from an external circuit provided separately from the error correction coding and decoding circuit.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus of forming a multilayer printed circuit board which can positively remove voids in the prepregs in the printed board and enhance the reliability of the produced printed circuit board and is superior in economy, wherein a laminated assembly of a plurality of printed circuit board components and a plurality of prepregs alternately laminated on each other is sandwiched between upper and lower jig plates, and the laminated assembly sandwiched between the jig plates is clamped between heating plates of a bonding press to heat the assembly to a predetermined temperature, and, thereafter, a pressure is applied to the upper and lower jig plates so as to urge them against each other for bonding the printed circuit board component and the prepregs. An exterior pressurizing means is provided around the printed circuit board components and the prepregs sandwiched between the upper and lower jig plates in order to prevent the molten prepregs from flowing outwardly, thereby raising the fluid pressure of the molten prepregs to squeeze out air bubbles existing in the prepregs.
Abstract:
A remote supervisory and controlling system in which a central control unit generates a dummy transmission signal until receipt of an interruption signal from one of a plurality of input terminal units. In response to the interruption signal, the control limit accesses the input terminal generating the interruption signal, which returns its input data.
Abstract:
An error correction system for a difference set cyclic (272,190) code with 190 data bits and 82 test bits in a coded transmission teletext system which transmits character information on the vertical blanking interval of a television signal has been improved in peripheral circuits for operating an error correction circuit. A first improvement is to correct only designated packets which are in frame synchronization condition and/or designated by an index register. A second improvement is to handle shortened (L,k) code where L is less than 272, using common hardware. A third improvement is selection of three operational modes of data to be corrected. In the first mode, uncorrected data is supplied by an external circuit, and said uncorrected data is stored temporarily in a buffer memory, and corrected data is stored in said buffer memory again to supply external circuit corrected data. Transfer of data between the buffer memory and the error correction circuit is handled by wired logic hardware apparatus. In a second mode, uncorrected data and corrected data are provided in a buffer memory but no external circuit is concerned in operation of the present system. In a third mode, no buffer memory is used, and an external circuit supplies uncorrected data to an error correction circuit directly and receives corrected data directly from the error correction circuit.

Abstract:
There are provided esterification reaction products between a condensate of polyhydric alcohol having 2-4 hydroxyl groups and an acid mixture comprising 12-hydroxy stearic acid and resin acid, the molecule of which has hydroxyl groups of not more than half relative to the total hydroxyl groups of said condensate of polyhydric alcohol. These esterification products are a semitransparent, paste-like substance with a light yellow and suitable properties for use in the basic material for cosmetics.

Abstract:
A group III element nitride single crystal is grown on a template immersed in a raw material liquid retained in a crucible and containing a group III material and one of an alkali metal and an alkali earth metal. The raw material liquid remaining after the growth of the single crystal is cooled and solidified, and by feeding a hydroxyl group-containing solution into the crucible, the solidified raw material is removed from around the template, and thus the group III element nitride single crystal is taken out from inside the solidified raw material. The template is disposed at a position away from the bottom of the crucible.
