On the other hand, the movable chassis 7 is positioned in its turning direction by a shaft 21 provided in the vicinity of one side part 17a of a positing part 17 and the boss part 18. By this method, simplification of a structure, miniaturization of a mechanism and lightening of a device can thus be contrived.
