PURPOSE: To provide a recording/reproducing device capable of simply controlling to a prescribed mode position even when a mode at an initializing time is blank without increasing the number of pits. CONSTITUTION: The device controls so that when the mode is the blank 12b of BL2 between two codes and a tape exists in initializing operation, it returns to a stop mode position 5, and when no tape exists, it returns to an ULE mode position 1, and further, when the mode 2 is the blank 12a of BL1 between two codes and the tape exists, it goes to the stop mode position 5, and when the mode 2 is the blank 12a of the BL1 between two codes and no tape exists, it returns to the ULE mode position 1.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify a structure and to miniaturize a device by fitting a rotary head drum on one side of a movable chassis, supporting the other end side pivotally with a fixed chassis by a shaft, turning it around this shaft and displacing the rotary head drum toward the side of a cassette. CONSTITUTION:The rotary head drum 6 is supported by a cylindrical drum receiver part 9 in its inside formed on one side of the movable chassis 7, whereas an arm 10 is provided on the other side, and a cylindrical bearing part erected in the middle part of the arm is inserted by a shaft 13, so that this side is turnably fitted to the fixed chassis. When the movable chassis 7 is turned clockwise, the rotary head drum 6 is moved into a space 3a for a drum receiver of the cassette 3, and at the same time, the movable chassis 7 up to the rotary head drum 6 are positioned in height at the three spots of 1st-3rd boss parts 15, 18 and 20. On the other hand, the movable chassis 7 is positioned in its turning direction by a shaft 21 provided in the vicinity of one side part 17a of a positing part 17 and the boss part 18. By this method, simplification of a structure, miniaturization of a mechanism and lightening of a device can thus be contrived.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device and a control method, allowing a user to easily perform operation not to cause fatigue. SOLUTION: A casing 10 of this input device 1 has a part 10a of a spherical surface or a multi-degree curved surface of a quadratic or above curved surface formed in a prescribed position of the surface of the casing 10. The position disposed with the lower curved surface 10a is an end part in a longest length direction of the casing 10, for example. Operation parts such as buttons 11, 12 are disposed in an upper half portion opposite to a lower half portion formed with the lower curved surface 10a of the casing 10. By such a shape of the casing 10 of the input device 1, the user can operate the input device 1 with the lower curved surface 10a as a fulcrum in a state that the lower curved surface 10a of the input device 1 is abutted on an abutment object 49 such as a table. Thereby, it becomes easy for the user to operate the input device 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire the position of a guide object more easily, in a mobile information terminal. SOLUTION: In the mobile information terminal 1, a present position detecting part 71 detects the position of the mobile information terminal 1, and a guide object selecting part 73 selects the guide object to be a voice guide object, and detects a guide object direction which is a direction in which the guide object exists, with respect to a reference direction based on the existing direction of the guide object with respect to the position of the mobile information terminal 1. A DSP (digital signal processor) 65 generates composite voice so that guide voice of the selected guide object is heard from the guide object direction, and a loudspeaker 31 outputs the generated composite voice.
