SOLUTION: A control microcomputer 10 checks sequentially data at a plurality of data inserted positions at all times so as to discriminate whether or not violence scene access control is made. When data denoting it that the violence scene access control is already made, data for other violence scene access control are not detected only the data for the violence scene access control to be detected are continued. Or even when the data for violence scene access control of one system are detected, data for other plural number of violence scene access control may be detected continuously. Moreover, even when the violence scene access control data of its own country cannot be detected, when violence scene access control data of other country are detected, the violence scene access control is conducted based on the data.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To output both TV audio and independent audio. Thus, while viewing video and TV audio on the TV, for example, the independent audio can be recorded by a tape recorder.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To always obtain an optimum picture quality condition by executing required delay processing and inputting a video signal and a picture quality control signal generated by a picture quality control signal generating means based on the video signal inputted to the processing circuit part of the above- mentioned video signal at approximately same timing. CONSTITUTION:A video signal is supplied to an A/D converter 3 and an arithmetic processing part 4, prescribed arithmetic processing is executed at a field unit and a picture quality control signal SA1 is generated. On the other hand, it is supplied also to the A/D converter 11 of a delay circuit 10 and stored in a picture memory 12 as digital data. The storing data are synchronized with the output timing of the generated signal SA1, read from the picture memory 12, D/A converted and inputted to a video signal processing part 5 by the control of a picture memory controller 14. Accordingly, it is dissolved that an automatic picture quality adjusting action is executed later than the output of a video and optimum picture quality can be attained.

Further, sampling data for AGC voltage data supplied from the sampling circuit 14C is inputted as well, and the information of a received electromagnetic wave level is obtained. In the case of the picture which is not comparatively colorful, the brightness of the picture is decided according to the information obtained from the luminance signal, and the control signal is set and outputted so as to raise the color level for a bright picture or lower the color level for a dark picture respectively.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce a manufacturing cost by forming the demodulating circuit of a audio multiplex signal in one system, providing a switch, utilizing a micro computer and controlling the switch. CONSTITUTION:A television wave received by an antenna 9 is distributed by a distributor 10, processed by television signal receiving and processing circuits 11a and 11b and led to the television terminal and the video terminal of a switch (SW1) 13 as a MPX signal. The output signal of the circuit 11a is demodulated by an audio multiplex demodulating circuit and led to the audio multiplex terminals of a SW2 15 and a SW3 16. When the SW1 is connected to a video side, the output signal of the circuit 11b is demodulated by the circuit 14 and led to the audio multiplex terminals of the SW2 15 and SW3 16. The SW2 15 has the television terminal, the audio multiplex terminal and the video terminal, and a signal supplied to loudspeakers 19a and 19b is selected through amplifiers 18a and 18b by a MCU 12. The SW3 16 has the audio multiplex terminal and the video terminal, and by the MCU 12, a signal supplied to a video recording and reproducing part 17 is selected.
