Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a process in which the charge voltage of a surface to be mold-released after a mold releasing film being peeled off is low and the adhe sion of dust, etc., is prevented by making a mold release layer contain a silicone composition as a main component and a composition containing fluorine. SOLUTION: In a mold releasing film in which a mold release layer is formed at least on one side of a plastic film, the mold release layer is constituted from a layer which contains a silicone composition as a main component and a composition containing fluorine. The mold release layer forming surface of the film can be subjected to varous methods of treatment to improve adhesion to the mold release layer including corona treatment in an optional atmosphere of air, nitrogen gas, carbon dioxide gas, etc., and anchor treatment. Anchor treatment with the use of a radical coupling agent and others are effective in particular. The mold release layer, when used as a mold release film, is constituted from a composition which reduces the charge voltage of a surface to be released.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the weatherability, transparency, scratch resistance of a laminated film improve and to give a bedewing preventing property by a method in which a surface curing layer which contains an ultraviolet absorbent and has specified hardness is formed on one side of a thermoplastic film, and a hydrophilic treatment layer having a specified contact angle with water is formed on the other side. SOLUTION: A surface curing layer which contains an ultraviolet absorbent and has pencil hardness of at least H is formed on one side of a thermoplastic film, and a hydrophilic treatment layer having a contact angle with water of at least 60 degree is formed on the other side. A polyester film is preferable for the thermoplastic film, a benzotriazole type is preferable for the ultraviolet absorbent, and the surface curing layer preferably contains the reaction product between multifunctional acrylate and benzotriazole type monomer containing unsaturated linkage as a main component. The hydrophilic treatment layer contains the ultraviolet absorbent, and the thermal shrinkage percentage in the width direction at 120 deg.C for 5min of the laminated film is preferably 4-60%.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated film having excellent scratch resistance and moist adhesion resistance whose adhesion property lowers only a little even under high temperature and high humidity by making a laminated film separate in phase in a direction of thickness and making included phases of each phase present on its phase separation interface. SOLUTION: For obtaining a phase separation structure, for example, a crosslinking agent is mixed in a coating agent in which a polyester resin and an acrylic resin are mixed, which is applied on a base body film by coating method under a specified condition, dried, and stretched. In the specified condition, after it is dried at a glass transition point (Tg) or lower of a base body polyester resin, it is raised in a stroke to the temperature of Tg or higher, and dried again at a temperature near the Tg (Tg or higher), and stretched successively. In at least one face of a polyester film before its crystal orientation is completed, at least two kinds of water soluble or water dispersing resins having different cohesive energy are mixed, coated, and thereafter dried so as to stretch uniaxially.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat transfer image receiving material which is excellent in adhesive of an ink receptive layer, a running property is printing, reproducibility of a dot, a transfer property of ink, and excellent in printing quality such as a gradation property and visibility. SOLUTION: A heat transfer image receiving material is composed of a white polyester film as a base material wherein its thermal conductivity in within a range of 0.5×10 -3×10 cal/cm.s. deg.C, its whiteness is within a range of 50-110%, and a primer layer is provided on at least one side surface. In that case, an ink receptive layer is coated on the primer layer surface of the base material, smoothness of an ink receptive layer is within 500-20000sec smoothness, and a layer having lubricity of at most 1.5 coefficient of static friction to the ink receptive layer is coated on an opposite surface side to the ink receptive layer of the base material.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered film with excellent weatherability, transparency and blocking resistance by laminating a layer consisting of benzotriazole-based monomer copolymerized acrylic resin on the single surface of thermoplastic resin film whose average roughness in the center line is specified. SOLUTION: A layer consisting of benzotriazole-based monomer copolymerized acrylic resin is laminated on one surface of thermoplastic resin film whose average roughness in the center line is 0.01-0.3μm. As one example, with bioxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film (150μm in thickness) taken as base element film, coating liquid is applied to its one surface so that thickness after the coating may be 5μm, and it is dried at 120 deg.C for two minutes to obtain a layered film. The coating liquid to be used is a butyl acetate solution of solid component 30% of 2-(2,-hydroxy 5,-methacryloxyetylphenyl)-2H- benzotriazole/methyl methacrylate (copolymer of 30/70 weight %).
