PURPOSE: An apparatus for evaporating effluent from food waste and a food waste treating apparatus equipped with the same are provided to organically operate an effluent evaporating container, a hot wind inlet, a spraying nozzle, and a high pressure compressor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for evaporating effluent from food waste includes an effluent evaporating container, a hot wind inlet(51a), a spraying nozzle(52), and a high pressure compressor(59). Effluent separated from food waste is contained in the effluent evaporating container. The effluent evaporating container includes an evaporation hole(51b) which discharges evaporated gas from the effluent. The hot wind inlet is formed at one side of the effluent evaporating container and introduces hot wind. An effluent inlet is formed at one outer circumference of the spraying nozzle. The spraying nozzle is arranged in the effluent evaporating container in order to spray the effluent. The high pressure compressor supplies high pressure air to the inlet of the spraying nozzle. The effluent sprayed by the spraying nozzle is evaporated based on hot wind.

PURPOSE: A foreign material grinding device of a sewage disposal plant is provided to protect a mechanism from being tangled with foreign material by crushing foreign material included in sludge using blades. CONSTITUTION: A foreign material grinding device of a sewage disposal plant comprises a housing(100), a rotary drum(200) and a fixing pulverizing device. The housing has an inlet port(110) and an outlet(120). Sludge flows in the inlet port. The outlet discharges the small pieces pulverized sludge. The rotary drum is installed in the housing to rotate. A blade is installed in the inside of the rotary drum in the longitudinal direction in multi-stage. The fixed wedge is inserted into the inside of the rotary drum.

An anaerobic integrated process apparatus is provided to improve process efficiency by separating liquid waste consisting of moisture and solid waste consisting of solid powder from organic waste and anaerobic-processing the liquid waste and the solid waste with wet and dry respectively, and to shorten the processing time by sharing microorganism generated in the process step. A first solid-liquid separator(10) separates the organic waste according to the liquid waste and solid waste. A acid formation tank(20) dissolves the separated liquid waste by using the acid generated microorganism through the first solid-liquid separator. A UASB reaction tub(30) dissolves the liquid waste ejected from the acid formation tank by using anaerobic microorganism. A fracturing tub(40) shatters the solid waste separated through the first solid-liquid separator into small pieces. A mixing tub(50) mixes the shattered solid waste from the fracturing tub with the microorganism. A dry anaerobic tub(60) anaerobic-processes the solid waste mixed with the microorganism from the mixing tub with dry.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating wastewater from food waste and a total wastewater treating apparatus including the same are provided to prevent the environmental pollution of rivers by lowering the content of organic materials in wastewater. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating wastewater from food waste includes a sealable housing(1), a partition part(2), and an interface part(3). An inlet(11) and an outlet(12) for wastewater are formed in the housing. The partition part is arranged in the housing and forms a first flow path. Introduced wastewater is filtered by passing through the first flow path. The interface part is separably combined with the upper side of the partition part. The interface part interfaces the first flow path and a second flow path. Overflown wastewater passes through the second flow path. A plurality of through holes is formed at the interface part.

PURPOSE: An anerobic decomposition device in which dry and wet modes are mixed and a treatment process using the same are provided to process efficiently and stably food waste by successively perform a wet-type methane fermentation process and a dry-type acid fermentation process. CONSTITUTION: An anerobic decomposition tank comprises the following: an inner tank consisting of an inlet(311) on the top and an outlet(312) on the bottom; an inner tank(320) receiving food water through the inlet; an agitator(330) installed on the top of the outer tank; an inner agitating vane(332) rotating inside the inner tank and connected to a rotary shaft(331) of the agitator; and an outer agitating vane(333) rotating between the inner tank and the outer tank.

PURPOSE: A device for generating bio gas of organic waste is provided to minimize sludge generation quantity while reducing energy consumption to the utmost by generating the bio gas in an anaerobic condition through a dry-typed anaerobic digester. CONSTITUTION: A device for generating bio gas of organic waste generates methane gas by fermenting the organic waste in an anaerobic condition. The bio gas generating device includes a grinder(110), a foreign material selector(120), an organic waste reservoir(130), a dry-typed anaerobic digester(140), an organic waste supply unit, a gas reservoir(160), a heating source(170), a sludge retaining tank(180), and a sludge discharge unit. The grinder pulverizes the organic waste to predetermined size. The foreign material selector selects metal foreign materials from the organic waste. The organic waste reservoir stores the organic waste. The dry-typed anaerobic digester generates the methane gas by fermenting the organic waste supplied from the organic waste reservoir. The gas reservoir stores the bio gas generated from the bio gas. The heating source heats an inner side of the dry-typed anaerobic digester to the constant temperature. The sludge retaining tank stores the waste sludge. The sludge discharge unit transfers the waste sludge to the sludge retaining tank.

The present invention relates to a method for treating biodegradable liquid waste using a complex fermentation product, capable of massively, effectively and efficiently treating biodegradable waste such as sewage including crushed food waste or leachate thereof or liquid food waste, or liquid waste converted into biodegradable solid waste by liquid fermentation using a fermentation product by aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria and facultative anaerobes from the natural ecosystem, wherein the method for treating biodegradable liquid waste according to the present invention has high economical efficiency, can greatly reduce the bad smells of biodegradable liquid waste, and can increase the decomposing efficiency of fermentation by selectively repeating the process of recovering, liquefying and retreating solids when necessary because thermal treatment or desalination or an additional device for treating leachate or a device for treating solids is not necessary for treating biodegradable waste.
