Abstract: An apparatus for recovering bio-gas from organic waste is provided to shorten the time for treating the organic waste, by adjusting the pH value of the organic waste and converting the organic waste into a degradable material using ultrasonic waves. A pH adjuster(10) receives organic waste. A solubilizing bath(20) is connected to the pH adjuster, wherein the solubilizing bath has an ultrasonic vibrator(25) therein. A mixing tank(30) is connected to the solubilizing bath to mix leachate of food waste. An acid generating bath(40) heats organic waste inputted from the mixing tank. A solid-liquid separating unit(50) is connected to the acid generating bath, wherein the solid-liquid separating unit has a separating membrane(55). A bio-gas generating bath(60) is connected to the solid-liquid separating unit, and filled with microorganisms.

Abstract: An apparatus for generating bio-gas from organic waste is provided to allow the organic waste to make contact with anaerobic microorganisms easily by adjusting the size of organic waste containing a large amount of solids, prevent wastewater from being generated in an organic waste treatment process, and improve anaerobic digestion efficiency by supplying high concentration microorganisms cultured in the organic waste treatment process into a dry anaerobic digestion tank. An apparatus for generating bio-gas from organic waste comprises: a crushing tank(10) in which organic waste is crushed; a screen equipment(20) for screening organic waste discharged from the crushing tank; a pre-treatment equipment(30) that is connected to the screen equipment, and includes a steam feeder(35); a mixing tank(40) for mixing microorganisms with organic waste that has flown into the mixing tank from the pre-treatment equipment; a dry anaerobic digestion tank(50) that is connected to the mixing tank, and includes an agitation equipment(55) and a microorganism feeder(85); a solid-liquid separator(70) for separating solids and liquid from organic waste discharged from the dry anaerobic digestion tank; a microorganism culture tank(80) for culturing liquid phase organic waste separated from the solid-liquid separator; and a bio-gas storage tank(90) for storing bio-gas generated from the dry anaerobic digestion tank. The microorganism culture tank is connected with the microorganism feeder through connecting pipe(86).

Abstract: An anaerobic integrated process apparatus is provided to improve process efficiency by separating liquid waste consisting of moisture and solid waste consisting of solid powder from organic waste and anaerobic-processing the liquid waste and the solid waste with wet and dry respectively, and to shorten the processing time by sharing microorganism generated in the process step. A first solid-liquid separator(10) separates the organic waste according to the liquid waste and solid waste. A acid formation tank(20) dissolves the separated liquid waste by using the acid generated microorganism through the first solid-liquid separator. A UASB reaction tub(30) dissolves the liquid waste ejected from the acid formation tank by using anaerobic microorganism. A fracturing tub(40) shatters the solid waste separated through the first solid-liquid separator into small pieces. A mixing tub(50) mixes the shattered solid waste from the fracturing tub with the microorganism. A dry anaerobic tub(60) anaerobic-processes the solid waste mixed with the microorganism from the mixing tub with dry.
