Abstract:
A bearing device for sliding panels particularly for furniture is described which comprises: two sections (4) fixed at one end thereof at the upper cross-bar and at the other end thereof at the lower cross-bar of the piece of furniture respectively, by hinge means; a telescopic sliding guide (5) fixed to each of the sections (4) on the side where the panel (2) is located, the panel being slidably fixed to the telescopic guide (5). Means (11,13) for stopping the rotations of the sections (4) are placed substantially at the end of the sections which is opposite to the hinge means. The device also comprises elastic return means (22) connected at one end to a fixed portion (20) of the piece of furniture and, at the other end, to a pin (24) set in the sections (4). The elastic means are adapted to place and retain the panels (2) in their closed and open positions respectively. The elastic means comprise a spring (22), a small shaft (17) supporting the spring, the shaft being rotatably set in a plane substantially parallel to the plane of rotation of section (4). The shaft has one end rotatatively connected around a portion (20) of a pin (11), perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the section (4), the other end being slidingly set within a pin (24), parallel to the pin (11). The pin (11) is rotatively set around its longitudinal axis in the sections (4).
Abstract:
In an opening control device in a vehicle door, in order to stop the door at a desired position, a control unit stops power supply to a motor, and a short circuit is made in an electric circuit between a first terminal and a second terminal of the motor. In the electric circuit, there is formed a regenerative brake circuit in which regenerative braking can be applied to rotation of the motor. When the door is positioned within a fully-open-position-adjacent range that is adjacent to a fully-open position of the door, regenerative braking is applied to normal rotation of the motor for opening the door and is not applied to reverse rotation of the motor for closing the door.
Abstract:
An adjustable snap-acting hinge is provided. The hinge includes a first articulated quadrilateral and a second articulated quadrilateral, which can move on a working plane and share a first lever and a second lever and are provided respectively with a plate for coupling to a first element and with a plate for fixing to a second element. A contrast element is associated with the coupling plate and can be arranged in at least one position for use, which lies between a first position in which the contrast element is arranged at a maximum distance from the point of the first lever, and a second position in which the contrast element is arranged at a minimum distance from the point of the first lever. The hinge also includes locking means for keeping the contrast element in the position for use.
Abstract:
A method of motorized movement of a vehicle door, wherein the vehicle door can be moved from an open position to a closed position as part of a closing process with a door drive mechanism associated with the vehicle door and a control system. In a first section of the closing process the vehicle door is moved by the door drive mechanism from the open position to a comfortable open position that lies between the open position and the closed position. In a second section of the closing process, the vehicle door is further moved from the comfortable open position in the closing direction, preferably to the closed position, manually by the user and largely free of the door drive mechanism.
Abstract:
Overhead door decelerator assemblies and associated devices, systems, and methods are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a door assembly includes a door, an elongated door track, and a brush proximate the door track. The door includes a guide member extending outwardly from a side edge portion of the door. The brush is positioned such that moving the door between open and closed positions causes the guide member to deflect a resilient portion (e.g., a plurality of bristles, a plurality of flaps, or a blade) of the brush at regions of the resilient portion consecutively positioned along the length of the brush. The brush can be positioned away from the door when the door is in the closed position and in contact with a portion of the door when the door is in the open position.
Abstract:
A piece of furniture has an actuating arrangement for a flap of the piece of furniture. An actuating arm arrangement includes a lever arrangement for moving the flap and a main spring that acts in the closing direction (SR) to hold the flap closed. The piece of furniture also has an ejecting device for ejecting the flap in the opening direction (OR) by overpressing the flap in the closing direction (SR). At least one support spring acts in the opening direction (OR) and is separate from the ejecting device, and supports the ejecting motion of the ejecting device. At least in an overpressed closed position (US), the spring forces (A, U) are together greater than the closing force (Z) which acts on the flap and which is provided by the main spring acting in the closing direction (SR).
Abstract:
The self-closing and opening device (1) particularly of a movable furniture part (103) comprises a fixed guide (8) having a supporting body (2) in which a first slider (3) can slide reversibly along a sliding axis (100) in opposition to and through the action of first elastic means (5), the first slider (3) being engageable with first driving means (106) present on a driving element (6) which slides reversibly in the direction of the sliding axis (100), the supporting body (2) comprising first movement means (4) for movement of the first slider (3) suitable to engage with guide means (12, 13) of the first slider (3), so as to release it from the driving means (106), also provided with a mechanical or elastically yielding stop (9, 120) against which the first slider (3) rests directly or indirectly before it engages with the guide means (12,13) in the first movement means (4) the driving element (6) being then pushed by an ejector (20) generating an initial opening movement of said movable furniture part (103).
