Abstract:
An operating mechanism for the window in a motorcar door and the like includes guiding devices, including at least one deflecting element, which engage a wire, cable or other elongated tension member and guide the tension member on the door in a loop-shaped path when the tension member is driven in the path alternatively in two opposite, longitudinal directions. The motion of the tension member is transmitted to the window. The tension member stretches under the longitudinal stresses exerted thereon by the drive and the window and needs to be tensioned. According to the invention, a spring in a permanently stressed condition biases the deflecting element in a direction to lengthen the path of the tension member and for thereby compensating for slack in the engaged portion of the tension member when the tension member moves in one longitudinal direction, whereby the spring reaches a partly relaxed condition. A protecting mechanism protects the spring against return from the partly relaxed condition toward the stressed condition when the tension member moves in the opposite direction.

The window operating mechanism in a motorcar door includes a window support moved by a bowden cable extending in an angular loop. The wire of the cable is protected in the corners of the loop by a flexible sheath deflected into an arc by a rigid U-channel having an open convex side and held in the groove of the channel by annular end pieces. An adjacent straight portion of the wire is fastened to the window support in a slot of a tubular guide having one end received in a blind groove of one of the end pieces.
Abstract:
An electrical operator assembly for garage doors and the like includes a reversible electric motor, a belt member and means deflecting the belt member from a straight line path. When the door operated by the assembly encounters an obstruction, the belt member overcomes the deflecting pressure and operates reversing switch means to reverse the direction of operation of the electric motor. The control circuitry includes a multiposition relay adapted to reverse the direction of operation of the motor upon change of the contacts closed therein when a signal is received from the reversing switch which transmits its signal directly to the relay. In addition, a disabling switch is directly responsive to operation of the drive means after a preselected period of travel in one direction to disable the reversing switch and prevent its transmission of a signal to the motor when the door approaches the end of its preselected period of travel in that direction. The motor remains in closed circuit contact with the relay means during reversal of direction by the reversing switch.

A brake device (1) for a cable-operated door (3) operated by a tension cable (5), being mountable onto the cable-operated door (3) and configured for cooperating with the tension cable (5) so as to immobilize the cable-operated door (3) with respect to the fixed structure (7) by means of a braking arm (19) in the event of a loss of tension in the cable (5), the brake device (1 ) being improved in that it is provided with an anti-theft mechanism (67) including a catcher assembly (69) and a protrusion (71) operatively projecting from the braking arm (19). The catcher assembly (69) is operatively connectable to the fixed structure (7) and the protrusion (71) is shaped, positioned and sized with respect to the catcher assembly (69) so as to be engaged with the catcher assembly (69) when the braking arm (19) is operated into the engaged configuration caused by a given loss of tension in the cable (5), thereby preventing the cable-operated door (3) from being displaced upwardly along the fixed structure (7) as a result of the catcher assembly (69) abutting against the protrusion (71 ) of the braking arm (19).

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Antriebsvorrichtung für ein bewegliches Fahrzeugteil, bei der ein Antrieb über drucksteife, in Führungs röhren angeordnete Kraftübertragungselemente mit dem zwischen zwei Führungsschienen bewegbar gelagerten Fahrzeugteil verbunden ist. Um eine bekannte Antriebsvorrichtung unter Senkung der Fertigungskosten und Minderung der Anzahl von akustischen Störquellen weiterzubilden, wird vorgeschlagen, dass ein Ende (12) eines Führungsrohres (10) im wesentlichen radial in die zugeordnete Führungsschiene (6) eingelegt und fixiert ist.

Este elevalunas está constituido por un carril que se obtiene en una sola pieza, por inyección de una aleación metálica ligera, integrando gran parte de los componentes de elevalunas, como por ejemplo: los soportes de fijación (1) del elevalunas a la puerta del vehículo, el soporte (2) y elementos de anclaje (6) para el motor de accionamiento utilizado en los sistemas de elevalunas eléctrico, los elementos de acoplamiento (5) del sistema "Bowden" para el tensado de cable (4), necesarios en los sistemas de accionamiento manual, el alojamiento (8) para el tambor de enrollado de cable, los elementos de deslizamiento o desviación (3) del cable (4). Además, el carril sale del molde, con una curvatura adecuada para el correcto seguimiento de la luna, aunque ésta presente una forma muy compleja. De esta forma, el mismo carril puede ser utilizado indistintamente para elevalunas manuales, elevalunas eléctricos y elevalunas de doble carril.
