PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a compressor capable of effectively reducing vibration under an attachment condition with a simple modification in a case that the compressor is attached to a vehicle side attachment part using a through bolt. SOLUTION: In the compressor attached to a vehicle side attachment part using the through bolt, the area of a first attachment surface to the vehicle side attachment part of the compressor is set larger than the area of a second attachment surface forming a seat surface at a head part side of the through bolt to give the areas of both attachment surfaces a magnitude relation. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limiter device capable of avoiding locking of a compressor itself, and protecting a driving belt while dispensing with a limiter function in a pulley part in a variable displacement compressor. SOLUTION: The limiter device is provided in the variable displacement compressor 100 capable of varying a discharge displacement per one rotation and compressing fluid in a cycle. It is further provided with an operation characteristics grasping means 160 grasping prescribed characteristics during compressing operation of the compressor 100, and a minimum side varying means 140 variable the discharge displacement to the minimum side when the prescribed characteristics obtained by the operation characteristics grasping means 160 exceeds a predetermined value. Provided is an attachment structure in which a band is used to attach an auxiliary machine of a compressor, such as an accumulator, the attachment structure being capable of reducing the propagation of vibration from the compressor to the auxiliary machine. A compressor (1) has an accumulator (14) attached to the outer peripheral surface of a sealed container (11) by an attachment implement. The attachment implement is provided with: a bail strap (60) which surrounds and holds the periphery of any one of the sealed container (11) and the accumulator (14), and which is provided with an engagement connection end (62) and a fastening connection end (63); a bracket (70) which is fixed to the other one of the sealed container (11) and the accumulator (14), and which is provided with an engagement connection part (72) to be connected to the engagement connection end (62) of the bail strap (60), and a fastening connection part (73) to be connected to the fastening connection end (63) of the bail strap (60); and a buffer layer (62S) disposed between connecting sections of the bail strap (60) and the bracket (70).

Said device comprises (1) a detector unit (4) comprising a plurality of sensors (5) which are arranged on the hydrostatic displacement unit (2) for detecting monitoring data (6) and operational data (7), in addition to an evaluation unit (8) which comprises a device (9) for analysing the monitoring data in the frequency range and a device (10) for analysing the monitoring data in a period of time. A diagnosis unit (11), which comprises an output unit (13), is connected to the evaluation unit (8).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ueberwachungsanlage für Kolben-Motoren- und Kompressoren, insbesondere für schnell laufende Hochleistungs Diesel- und Gasmotoren. Sie ist gekennzeichnet durch auf jedem Zylinder angeordneten Dünnmessscheiben (4), die den Zylinderdruck indirekt messen und die so eingebaut sind, dass sie als feste Bestandteile zum Zylinderdeckel gehören. Je nach konstruktiven Gegebenheiten der Anlage und Querschwingungsverhalten der Zylinderdeckelbolzen (2) werden die Dünnmessscheiben (4) mit je einem Piezokristallsatz (5) oder mit zwei um 180° versetzten Piezokristallsätzen (5) versehen. Damit kann die Ueberwachungsanlage entweder den Spitzendruck, den Verbrennungsdruckanstieg α oder den Kompressionsdruck als Messsignal verfolgen. Kalibrierung erfolgt während Volllastprüflauf, indem alle Messsignale auf gleichen Maximalwert abgeglichen werden. Mit Hilfe eines analogen Rechners werden nun von allen Messzyklen laufend Mittelwerte gebildet, die kurzzeitig festgehalten und mit Einzelwerten verglichen werden. Sobald Einzelwerte ausserhalb der eingestellten Grenzwerte auftreten, sog. Ausreisser, werden diese erkannt und entsprechende Alarmstufen ausgelöst. Die erfindungsgemässe Ueberwachungsanlage ist modular anpassbar und für Dauerbetrieb geeignet, weil keine schwierig messbaren Gasdrücke erfasst werden müssen.

A fracturing apparatus and a vibration reduction method thereof. The fracturing apparatus includes at least one fracturing unit and a processing device, the fracturing unit includes: a plunger pump; a low-pressure liquid inlet manifold; a high-pressure discharge manifold; a pressure detection device, configured to detect a pressure value of the low-pressure fluid in the low-pressure liquid inlet manifold; and a vibration detection device, configured to detect vibration intensity of the plunger pump, the processing device is respectively communicated with the plunger pump, the pressure detection device and the vibration detection device, and is configured to control the plunger pump according to the vibration intensity detected by the vibration detection device and the pressure value detected by the pressure detection device. The fracturing apparatus can improve the displacement stability and serve life of the plunger pump.
