Disclosed is a sample analyzing method comprising: flowing a measurement specimen prepared by mixing a sample and reagent through a flow cell; irradiating particles in the measurement specimen flowing through the flow cell with linearly polarized light and thereby producing scattered light; detecting a change of polarization condition of the scattered light produced by the particles; and discriminating erythrocytes from crystals in the measurement specimen based on the change of polarization condition.

Un signal diffus est produit à partir d'une lumière diffusée par un précipité formé par une réaction chimique et par des sources de diffusion non spécifiques. Un signal de suppression est produit pour un signal diffus provenant d'une lumière diffusée uniquement par des sources de diffusion non spécifiques qui contribuent au signal diffus, et le signal de suppression est soustrait du signal diffus pour produire dynamiquement un signal indicatif de la différence entre les signaux diffus pour réduire les effets des sources de diffusion non spécifiques lors de la détermination de la vitesse de changement de la lumière diffusée par le précipité. L'un des signaux diffus peut être stocké puis combiné avec l'autre, ou bien les signaux peuvent être mesurés simultanément puis combinés.
Abstract:
A repair welding inspection device includes a memory that stores instructions and a processor that executes the instructions. The instructions cause the processor to perform acquiring a second threshold, which is different from a first threshold which is a determination threshold for inspection of welding performed before performing repair welding, and the second threshold being a determination threshold for inspection of the repair welding, and performing inspection after the repair welding by using the second threshold.
