Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for monitoring and controlling the state of a machining apparatus using the machining vibration value of a high-speed spindle is provided to improve machining conditions by controlling the rotation and transfer device of a machining apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A method for monitoring and controlling the state of a machining apparatus using the machining vibration value of a high-speed spindle is as follows. A controller(500) confirms whether a current value measured by a vibration sensor(510) is less than a pre-set reference value. If the measured current value exceeds the pre-set reference value, the rotation and transfer speed of a machining apparatus(100) is successively reduced until the current value is less than the reference value.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A high-speed spindle device equipped with a piezoelectric load sensor is provided to prevent an overload applied to a spindle and a bearing by controlling an axial load applied to the spindle. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed spindle device equipped with a piezoelectric load sensor comprises a spindle(100), a bearing(200), a bearing housing(300), a spindle housing(700), a sensor ring(500), and a piezoelectric load sensor. The inner ring(210) of the bearing is coupled to the outer surface of the spindle to rotate the spindle. The outer ring(220) of the bearing is fixed to the bearing housing. The bearing housing is inserted into the spindle housing. The sensor ring is installed between a bearing housing flange(310) of the bearing housing and the spindle housing and supports an axial load. The piezoelectric load sensor is installed inside the sensor ring and senses the axial load applied to the spindle.
