Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mono-block valve which can make it possible to clean its inside and a raw material solution supply line easily and in a short time, and to provide the mono-block valve which can extremely eliminate the residual of by-products to a reaction product. SOLUTION: The retaining portion of the inside of the valve is reduced to make the internal space small. A constituent member such as a liquid material supply tank or a liquid material carburetor is directly connected to the valve with a metallic seal member to reduce the internal space of piping. Abstract:
Because an evaporating apparatus for use in an MOCVD film deposition system has a structure in which a plurality of gas passages brings in a gas from the upper direction, the apparatus has a difficulty to position a jet nozzle, and the apparatus is incapable of accurately controlling the pressure and flow rate of a carrier gas mixed with a raw material solution to be issued into an evaporating unit, and it is thus difficult to highly accurately control the composition of MOCVD films. A plurality of gas passages is arranged on a flat, disk-shaped plate. With this configuration, the accurate positioning of the jet nozzle can be made easier, and the composition of MOCVD films can be controlled highly accurately.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that positioning of an injection nozzle is difficult because a vaporizer used in an MOCVD deposition device has structure that a plurality of gas channels introduce gas from above, and thereby pressure and a flow rate of carrier gas mixed with material solution to be blown out to a vaporizing portion cannot be controlled correctly, and consequently, precise control of composition of an MOCVD film is difficult.SOLUTION: A vaporizer comprises a plurality of gas channels arranged on a flat disc-like substrate. Thereby, precise positioning of an injection nozzle can be done easily and composition of an MOCVD film can be controlled with high accuracy.
Abstract:
A levitation transportation device that contributes to a reduction in weight of a device body and that has increased strength. A plate-shaped body is transported in a predetermined direction while being levitated by pressurized gas jetted from the tips of nozzles (22d) formed on nozzle members (22) arranged on the device body. Each nozzle member (22) exposed on a top plate (31) having a honeycomb pattern is formed as a circular column body rotatable within a horizontal plane. Further, the outer wall of the nozzle member (22) is placed to be in contact with the inner wall of a honeycomb shape, and this prevents displacement between the nozzle members during transportation etc. of the device body.
