    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional circuit component capable of preventing reduction of voltage resistance by preventing a circuit portion from being exposed.SOLUTION: An electronic component 60 is provided in a synthetic resin block body 61. A plurality of conductive patterns 64 attaining electrical connections with the electronic component 60 are formed along a three-dimensional shape of the block body 61. A solder installation region 64B1 is provided in a terminal portion of the conductive pattern 64. A solder 65 is provided between the solder installation region 64B1 and a counter surface 60A of the electronic component 60. A three-dimensional circuit component is formed by causing a region which excludes the solder installation region 64B1 of the conductive pattern 64 and a region where the electronic component 60 is installed to internally exist in the block body 61. Therefore, the region of the conductive pattern 64 excluding the region where the electronic component 60 is disposed internally exists in the block body 61, such that the conductive pattern 64 is prevented from being exposed outside more than needed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity measuring apparatus capable of improving measurement resolution. SOLUTION: The physical quantity measuring apparatus includes: making light emitted from a wide band light source 10 incident on a wavelength detection type optical fiber sensor 2; interfering transmission light of the wavelength detection type optical fiber sensor 2 with an interferometer 4 having an optical path difference between two optical paths 41, 42; detecting output light output from the interferometer 4 with an optical detector 5; and restricting the transmission light incident on the interferometer 4 to center the peak of wavelength of the wavelength detection type optical fiber sensor 2 with a bandpass filter 31. The wavelength detection type optical fiber sensor 2 has a measuring sensor element 21 composing Fabry Perot etalon from fiber Bragg grating FBG mutually proximately arranged. The physical quantity apparatus makes half-value entire width of light transmission spectrum transmitted from the measuring sensor element 21 smaller than the half-value entire width of the conventional reflection spectrum to improve measurement resolution.
