A method for preparing an extract of Bulnesia sarmienti, an extract of Bulnesia sarmienti prepared by the method, and a beverage containing the extract are provided to maximize the extraction efficiency of Bulnesia sarmienti. A method for preparing an extract of Bulnesia sarmienti comprises the steps of adding 20-50 mL of water to Bulnesia sarmienti per 1 g of Bulnesia sarmienti; and extracting it at 88-105 deg.C for 2.8-5.0 hours. Preferably the beverage containing an extract of Bulnesia sarmienti comprises 100 parts by weight of the extract of Bulnesia sarmienti; 2-6 parts by weight of fructose; 2-4 parts by weight of xylitol; 1-4 parts by weight of a melon concentrate; 2-6 parts by weight of oligosaccharide; and 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of vitamin C.

A multi-porous separation film for a secondary battery is provided to ensure excellent thermal stability and tensile strength and to impart high output due to excellent impregnation property to the electrolyte. A manufacturing method of a multi-porous separation film for a secondary battery with high power output and thermal stability comprises (a) a non-solvent addition step for adding a non-solvent to a poly [(vinylidene fluoride)-co-(hexafluoropropylene)] (PVDF-HFP) and heat-dispersing an additive at 35~45 °C, (b) an inorganic additive addition step for adding SiO2 or Al2O3 as a inorganic additive to the product of the step (a) and heat-dispersing the additive at 35~45 to obtain a coating composition in a slurry form, (c) a coating step for bar-coating one side or both sides of the film with a coating composition of a slurry form with a thickness of 60-90 micron, and (d) a washing and drying step for coagulating the coated porous separation film with water at 20~30 °C, washing the coagulated separation film with an alcohol, and drying the washed separation film in a drying oven of 65~75 °C. The non-solvent is selected from the group consisting of ethanol, 1- propanol, 2- butanol, isobutanol, 3- pentanol, dodecanol, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone(NMP) and dimethylformamide(DMF).

The manufacturing method of the Oenanthe javanica dry powder comprises the steps of: adding sugar into Oenanthe javanica and mixing them; maturing the mixed Oenanthe javanica; drying the matured natural fermentation Oenanthe javanica; and pulverizing the dried Oenanthe javanica. The Oenanthe javanica and sugar are mixed in a weight ratio of 1~5:1~5.

본 발명은 피부광노화 개선기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 야관문 추출물을 0.01∼30중량% 함유하는 피부 노화방지 및 주름개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로 야관문 추출물 및 야관문 추출물 함유 시제품을 제조하는 단계와; 상기 단계에서 얻은 야관문 추출물의 총 폴리페놀 및 플라보노이드를 정량하고 항산화효소 활성을 측정하는 단계와; 마우스모델로 피부노화 유발실험을 시행하고 피부 홍반도, 유수분 함량을 측정하는 단계와; 상기 마우스모델의 조직검사를 하는 단계와; 상기 단계에서 얻은 조직에서 추출한 유전자를 RT-PCR로 증폭하여 발현량을 비교, 평가함으로써 달성하였으며 콜라겐 섬유의 재생, 항산화 효능, 피부주름 개선을 통하여 피부 노화를 방지하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
