Abstract:
PURPOSE: An electrostatic capacity touch sensor of a double layer mode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce raw material costs by replacing an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) or an IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide). CONSTITUTION: Electrode layers include sensing unit electrodes(3) and a bus line(6) which is connected to one side of the sensing unit electrode. The sensing unit electrodes are formed in a sensing sell(4) and a bridge electrode(5). The sensing unit electrode and the bus line are formed by using the same material on an electrode layer.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A separator film coating material for a secondary battery, a manufacturing method of a separator film using thereof, the separator film, and the secondary battery are provided to improve the thermal property and safety of the separator film and to extend the lifetime of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a separator film coating material for a secondary battery comprises the following steps: dissolving 0.01~0.04wt% of polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer into 1~1.2wt% of acetone solvent(S100); adding 0.01~0.05wt% of ethanol(S104); adding 0.01~0.1wt% of nano inorganic particles and obtaining a liquid polymer composite by stirring the previous mixture(S106). A separation film of the secondary battery is manufactured by spraying the separator film coating material on a separator substrate including a micro porous structure and heating the material to evaporate the acetone solvent and ethanol.
