    Abstract: PURPOSE: Biodegradable dual porous scaffold wrapped with a semi-permeable membrane and tissue cell culture using the same are provided, thereby selectively supplying nutrients by transporting only outside nutrients into the inner of the scaffold and discharging waste matters to the outside of the scaffold, and uniformly growing the tissue cells over the total of scaffold by combining small-sized scaffold to form a certain shaped bio-tissue. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable dual porous scaffold which regenerates bio-tissues is wrapped with a semi-permeable membrane selected from alginate, polysaccharides, chitosan, agar powder or gelatin, wherein the biodegradable dual porous scaffold has the size of 1 to 3 mm. The method for preparing the biodegradable dual porous scaffold wrapped with a semi-permeable membrane comprises the steps of: arranging at least one scaffold in a mold having a desirable shape and size; adding a mixed solution of cross linking agents and semi-permeable membrane producing agents to the mold to form the semi-permeable membrane on the biodegradable dual porous scaffold, wherein the cross linking agent is selected from calcium chloride, tripolyphosphate and glutaaldehyde; and the mold is composed of teflon. A method for producing the bio-tissue comprises the steps of: transplanting a tissue cell into at least one scaffold; arranging the scaffold in a vessel prepared with a mold; adding the cross linking agent and semi-permeable membrane producing agent into the vessel; and supplying nutrients to the inside of the scaffold.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a porous polyimide by using supercritical fluid is provided, to allow the size of pores to be controlled and to simplify processes. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dissolving a dianhydride and a diisocyanate in an organic solvent to prepare a solution containing a polyimide precursor; drying the solution to obtain a polyimide precursor; carrying out imidation of the polyimide precursor under the condition of a temperature of 40-200 deg.C and a pressure of 500-5,000 psi for 1-48 hours to produce a polyimide, wherein supercritical carbon dioxide is introduced to swell the produced polyimide; and discharging the supercritical carbon dioxide outside when the imidation is terminated.
