본 발명은 화장료 조성물 또는 약제학적 조성물에 함유된 유효성분의 온도 변화 및 시간 경과에 따른 안정도를 결정하여 유효성분의 변성 거동을 예측하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 장기간 동안 실제 안정도 측정 실험을 하지 않고서도 손쉽게 유효성분의 변성 거동을 예측할 수 있으므로, 비용 및 시간을 현저히 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 유효성분, 안정도, 상태방정식, 아레니우스식, 열역학적기준
Abstract:
A composition for preventing or treating dermatitis is provided to suppress the expression of cytokines such as IL-1alpha, IL-6, IL-8 and MCP-1 (monocyte chemotactic protein) and prevent the dermatitis. A composition for preventing or treating dermatitis comprises Kaempferia pandurata extract as an active ingredient. The Kaempferia pandurata extract inhibits the sebum secretion by decreasing the activation of PPAR-gamma. The Kaempferia pandurata extract is obtained using organic solvent and oil. The skin adhesive cosmetic composition is used in the form of lotion, astringent, massage cream, pack, powder, body lotion, body cream, rinse and shampoo.

A cationic polymer nanocapsule comprising useful active ingredients and a cosmetic composition containing the same nanocapsule are provided to enhance the skin penetration of useful active ingredients having low skin penetration. A cationic polymer nanocapsule has the molecular weight of 5,000-100,000 dalton, surface potential of 5-100 Mv and particle size of 50-500 nm, and comprises at least one useful active ingredient selected from retinol, retinyl acetate, retinyl palmitate, alpha-tocopherol, tocopherol acetate, tocopheryl linoleate, tocopheryl nicotinate, linoleic acid, coenzyme Q-10, resveratrol, plant extract essential oil, ursolic acid, oleanolic acid, useful Glycyrrhiza uralensis and lipoic acid. A cosmetic composition comprises 0.1-10 wt.% of the cationic polymer nanocapsule and is formulated as soft lotion, nutrition lotion, massage cream, nutrition cream, pack, gel, essence, lipstick, makeup base, foundation, lotion, ointment, cream, patch or spray.

Iron oxide/polymer colloidal nano-composites, a preparation process thereof, and cosmetic compositions containing the same nano-composites are provided to stably exhibit the magnetic properties of nano-composites by inhibiting the coagulation and precipitation of magnetic particles in cosmetic composition, so that blood circulation in the skin is promoted. The iron oxide/polymer colloidal nano-composites are provided, wherein iron oxide nano-particles are bound to the skin of the porous polymer particles, wherein the amount of iron oxide nano-particles is 0.001-30 wt.% based on the total weight of the polymer; the particle size of the porous polymer particles is 0.01-1,000mum; the surface area of the porous polymer particles is 10-1000 m^2/g; the porous polymer particles have pores of 1-10nm; and the porous polymer particles have functional groups for inducing deposition of iron oxide nano-particles. The iron oxide/polymer colloidal nano-composites are prepared by (1) dissolving monomer, cross-linking agent and initiating agent in solvent, (2) emulsifying the solution of step(1) in the presence of dispersion stabilizing agent, (3) polymerizing the emulsion prepared in step(2), removing solvent from the emulsion, and recovering the porous polymer particles, and (4) binding the iron oxide prepared by oxidizing the iron salt with an oxidizing agent to the surface of the porous polymer particles.

PURPOSE: Liquid crystal cross linked polymer microcapsules capable of completely stabilizing water-insoluble active ingredients, a process for preparing the capsules, a method for stabilizing the active ingredients using the liquid crystal capsules, and a cosmetic composition for retaining the active ingredients for a long time by containing the microcapsules are provided. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing liquid crystal cross linked polymer microcapsules comprises a step (a) of polymerizing polymer having crosslinkable functional groups by polymerizing monomer having crosslinkable functional groups and monomer capable of radical polymerization; a step (b) of uniformly dissolving thermotropic liquid crystal, hydrophobic monomer and the polymer having crosslinkable functional groups prepared in the step (a) into organic solvent, emulsifying the solution in an aqueous solution in which dispersion stabilizer having a proper concentration is dissolved, and adding initiator and polymerization inhibitor to the emulsified solution, thereby polymerizing the emulsified solution so that thermotropic liquid crystal polymer microcapsules are manufactured; a step (c) of collecting water-insoluble active ingredients into the capsules; and a step (d) of cross linking the water-insoluble active ingredients collected liquid crystal polymer microcapsules, wherein 0.1 to 50 wt.% of the monomer having crosslinkable functional groups for the total weight of the polymer is used in the step (a) of polymerizing polymer having crosslinkable functional groups.

본 고안은 화장품의 도포시 사용되는 두드림 도포구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 교류를 이용하여 영구자석을 수직방향으로 퍼프를 상하진동시키는 두드림 도포구에 관한 것이다. 본 고안에 따른 두드림 도포구는 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 하부에 설치된 절연체 스풀과, 상기 절연체 스풀의 주변에 권취된 코일로 이루어진 고정부와; 상기 절연체 스풀의 중공을 따라 승강이 가능하도록 삽입된 자석과, 상기 자석의 상부에 상기 자석과 일체로 형성된 진동판과, 상기 진동판의 떨림에 의해 진동하는 퍼프로 이루어진 진동부와; 상기 코일에 교류전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와; 상기 발진모듈을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두드림 도포구를 포함하는 두드림 도포구를 제공한다.
