본발명은캐드헤린11(Cadherin 11) 및 N-캐드헤린(N-cadherin) 중하나이상의발현억제물질을유효성분으로포함하는피부개선용조성물및 이를포함하는피부개선키트를제공함으로써피부과색소침착증을개선할수 있으며, 피부미백효과를제공할수 있다. 피부주름생성을방지또는완화할수 있으므로, 우수한항노화효과를제공한다. 또한, 본발명은섬유아세포(fibroblast), 각질형성세포(keratinocyte) 및멜라닌생성세포(melanocyte) 중 2종이상의공배양물을포함하는피부개선물질스크리닝시스템, 및상기피부개선물질스크리닝시스템의공배양물에후보물질을처리하는단계, 및캐드헤린11 및 N-캐드헤린중 하나이상의발현변화를측정하는단계를포함하는것을특징으로하는피부개선물질의스크리닝방법을제공함으로써, 생체외(in vitro)에서도임상적으로캐드헤린11, N-캐드헤린의발현변화를용이하게측정하여, 피부개선물질을효과적으로스크리닝할수 있다.

The composition for skin whitening, as one aspect of the present invention, reduces the amount of melanin by reducing the expression of melanogenesis-related proteins, thereby having whitening effects without cytotoxicity.

CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a material which enhances a skin barrier function comprises a step of determining a material which suppresses the expression of PDZK1 genes as the material which enhances the skin barrier function by screening the material which suppresses the expression of the PDZK1 genes. The method comprises a step of treating a nucleic acid molecule of PDZK1 with a candidate material, and a step of detecting expression change. The treatment with the candidate material comprises a step of treating a skin cell which is transformed with a vector containing the nucleic acid molecule with the candidate material. The skin cell is keratinocyte. The vector is adenovirus. A composition for enhancing the skin barrier function contains the material which suppresses the expression of the PDZK1 genes as an active ingredient. The pigmentation-related genes express tyrosinase, tyrosinase-related protein 1, or melan-A. The omega 3, 6, and 9 oil is extracted from a plant inhabiting in Amazon area and contains essential fatty acid alpha-omega-3 linoleic acid(48% or more), omega-6 acid linoleic(36% or more), and omega-9(85% or more).

A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-10 weight%, preferably 0.01-5 weight% of the extract.
