Abstract:
본 발명은 누에생실샘 미세분말을 포함하는 색조 파우더용 화장품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 누에생실샘 미세분말을 포함하는 색조 파우더용 화장품은, 색조 파우더용 화장품의 전체중량 대비 5~20중량%의 누에생실샘 미세분말을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해, 유해한 용매를 사용하지 않아 피부 세포에 독성이 없으며, 순도변화도 적고 덩어리지거나 산폐 등의 화학적 반응에 의해 갈변하는 위험성도 없으며, 특히 화장한 상태에서 그 위에 덧바를 경우 색조발색에 영향을 주지 않으면서, 빛을 받을 시 화사한 피부빛을 연출해 줌과 동시에 피부 보습력 및 탄력성이 우수한 색조 파우더용 화장품이 제공된다.

PURPOSE: The complex nanofiber of hydroxyapatite and silk fibroin, a two dimensional structure and a three dimensional structure supporter using the same is provided to easily facilitate the uniformity and guarantee of reappearance, is able to electrospinning for a long time, and useful for cell formation, bond tissue regeneration and supporter as its mechanical property is satisfied. CONSTITUTION: The complex nanofiber uniformly disperses the hydroxyapatite nano particle which surface is reformed with the hyaluronic acid-dopamine conjugate inside the silk fibroin nanofiber. Conjugate of the hyaluronic acid-dopamine is the formation of amide bond by combining the carboxyl group of hyaluronic acid and amine group of dopamine. The hydroxyapatite which surface is reformed with the hyaluronic acid-dopamine conjugate is the combination of two hydroxyl radicals of dopamine to the surface of the hydroxyapatite. The diameter of the complex nanofiber is 100-1000 nm.

PURPOSE: A 3 dimensional silk nano fiber film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control biodegradation speed by having similar structure with human skin in size and thickness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of 3 dimensional silk nano filber film for skin substitute comprises a process for preparing nano fiber undiluted solution, salt adding process and applying voltage and diffusing prepared nano fiber undiluted solution at the same time, and salt removing process from the diffused nano fiber film. On the salt adding process with the electro-spinning, the supply quantity and particle size controlled salt is sprayed on the nano fiber film to form an air gap. The size of the air gap is 10-100 micrometer and the thickness is 1-5 millimeters.

PURPOSE: A medical dressing material using a silk grand-derived hydrolysate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure excellent wound healing and moisturizing effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a medical dressing material using a silk gland-derived hydrolysate comprises: a step of dissolving a silk-derived hydrolysate and preparing a hydrolysate solution; a step of adding a crosslinking agent to the hydrolysate solution and stirring at 15-30 deg. C for 0.5-2 hours; and a step of quickly freeze-drying.

PURPOSE: Royal jelly capable of enabling users to easily storing and eating, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to store the royal jelly at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of royal jelly capable of enabling users to easily storing and eating comprises the following steps: preparing raw royal jelly, and injecting liquid nitrogen to the raw royal jelly before drying; and crushing the dried royal jelly. The liquid nitrogen is injected into the royal jelly for 20-40 minutes.

Provided are an artificial eardrum using silk protein and a method of fabricating the same. The artificial eardrum is fabricated in the form of a silk membrane by desalinating and drying silk protein (or silk fibroin) or a silk protein complex solution obtained after removal of sericin from a silkworm cocoon or silk fiber. Thus, regeneration of an eardrum perforated due to disease or a sudden accident is stimulated, a boundary of the regenerated eardrum is clean and biocompatibility and transparency are increased. In addition, the artificial eardrum may be fabricated using the silk protein or silk protein complex solution obtained from a silkworm cocoon alone or mixed with collagen, alginic acid, PEG or pluronic 127.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a silk/hydroxyapatite complex nanofiber supporter for osteanagenesis comprises: a step of preparing silk spinning undiluted solution; a step of electrospinning the silk spinning undiluted solution; a step of dispersing the spun silk nanofiber; a step of manufacturing silk nanofiber having a sponge shape by freeze-drying the dispersed silk nanofiber; a step of coating the silk nanofiber with hydroxyapatite by dipping the silk nanofiber in simulated body fluid; and a step of forming pores on the silk nanofiber coated with hydroxyapatite.
