Abstract:
PURPOSE: The complex nanofiber of hydroxyapatite and silk fibroin, a two dimensional structure and a three dimensional structure supporter using the same is provided to easily facilitate the uniformity and guarantee of reappearance, is able to electrospinning for a long time, and useful for cell formation, bond tissue regeneration and supporter as its mechanical property is satisfied. CONSTITUTION: The complex nanofiber uniformly disperses the hydroxyapatite nano particle which surface is reformed with the hyaluronic acid-dopamine conjugate inside the silk fibroin nanofiber. Conjugate of the hyaluronic acid-dopamine is the formation of amide bond by combining the carboxyl group of hyaluronic acid and amine group of dopamine. The hydroxyapatite which surface is reformed with the hyaluronic acid-dopamine conjugate is the combination of two hydroxyl radicals of dopamine to the surface of the hydroxyapatite. The diameter of the complex nanofiber is 100-1000 nm.

PURPOSE: A 3 dimensional silk nano fiber film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to control biodegradation speed by having similar structure with human skin in size and thickness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of 3 dimensional silk nano filber film for skin substitute comprises a process for preparing nano fiber undiluted solution, salt adding process and applying voltage and diffusing prepared nano fiber undiluted solution at the same time, and salt removing process from the diffused nano fiber film. On the salt adding process with the electro-spinning, the supply quantity and particle size controlled salt is sprayed on the nano fiber film to form an air gap. The size of the air gap is 10-100 micrometer and the thickness is 1-5 millimeters.

본 발명은 누에 혈림프 유래 70kDa 단백질을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 누에 혈림프 유래 70kDa 단백질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로, 보다 상세하게는 누에로부터 실샘을 제거하고 남은 혈림프를 분쇄한 다음 물에 넣고 열처리한 후 이를 원심분리하여 얻은 상등액을 컬럼을 통해 분리하여 얻은 누에 혈림프 유래 70kDa 단백질을 포함하는 것이 특징이다. 본 발명에 의해, 인체 무해하면서 항산화능, 항균활성능, 미백효과 등이 우수한 누에 혈림프 유래 70kDa 단백질을 포함하는 화장료 조성물이 제공된다.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a 70-kDa protein derived from silkworm hemolymph. The cosmetic composition of the present invention contains 70-kDa protein derived from silkworm hemolymph, and more specifically, 70-kDa protein derived from silkworm hemolymph, which is obtained by removing silk glands from silkworms, pulverizing the remaining hemolymph, putting the pulverized hemolymph in water, performing heat treatment, and obtaining a supernatant through centrifugation, and subjecting the supernatant to column separation. According to the present invention, provided is a cosmetic composition containing a 70-kDa protein derived from silkworm hemolymph, wherein the cosmetic composition is harmless to the human body and has excellent anti-oxidative capability, antibacterial activity, and whitening effect.

The present invention relates to a fermented alcoholic beverage using mulberries and Cordyceps and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the fermented alcoholic beverage using mulberries and Cordyceps, given in the present invention, includes a first step of manufacturing a mulberry-fermented liquor by fermenting mulberries; a second step of immersing Cordyceps into an alcohol solution and extracting Cordyceps extract; a third step of adding water to the Cordyceps extract to get a diluted Cordyceps extract solution; a fourth step of mixing the mulberry-fermented liquor and the diluted Cordyceps extract solution to get a crude solution for producing a mulberry-Cordyceps alcoholic beverage; and a fifth step of fermenting the crude solution for producing a mulberry-Cordyceps alcoholic beverage and producing a mulberry-Cordyceps alcoholic beverage. The present invention is able to provide a fermented alcoholic beverage using mulberries and Cordyceps capable of preventing decomposition of Cordyceps while having low alcohol concentration, having effects from both mulberries and Cordyceps, improving organoleptic properties, and accordingly increasing consumer preference.

PURPOSE: A feed composition containing silkworm mulberry by-products, and functional eggs produced by using thereof, and a producing method of the functional egg are provided to improve the productivity of egg laying hens. CONSTITUTION: A feed composition contains 1-2wt% of extract of silkworm mulberry by-products obtained by using 50-70% ethanol. Functional eggs containing fagomine are obtained by feeding the 50-70% ethanol extract of the silkworm mulberry by-products to egg laying hens for 6 weeks. The fagomine promotes the secretion of insulin in the human body.

PURPOSE: A producing method of silk gland powder of matured silkworms is provided to easily obtain the silk gland powder by collecting silkworms right before a pupae stage. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of silk gland powder of matured silkworms comprises the following steps: breeding silkworms until the fifth instar, to obtain the matured silkworms; rapidly freezing the matured silkworms with liquid nitrogen, and storing; freeze-drying the matured silkworms; separating silk glands from the freeze-dried silkworms; and crushing the obtained silk glands.
