광반응성화합물을리포솜막에삽입시키고암세포인지리간드를리포솜표면에수식하여제조된광 반응성암세포표적화리포솜(photo-responsive and cancer cell-targetable liposome)에관한것으로, 암세포를표적화한후, 광조사(photo-irradiation)에반응하여목적물질(예로서, 항암물질)을방출할수 있다. 이와같은작용에의해항암제로인한정상세포의파괴및 그로인한부작용등을예방할수 있으며, 궁극적으로항암치료의효과를극대화할수 있다.

본 발명은 이온성 고분자(ionic polymer)와 이온성 광반응성 물질(ionic photo-reactive materials)을 정전기적으로 상호작용시켜서 제조된 마이크로 겔에 관한 것으로서, pH 변화와 광 조사(photo-irradiation)에 응답하여 그 구조와 가교도 (cross-linking density)가 변하는 특징이 있는 마이크로 겔에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to cubic phase nanoparticles in which iron oxide nanoparticles are loaded. The iron oxide nonoparticles are produced on a cubic phase, and the cubic phase nanoparticles loaded with the iron oxide nanoparticles are produced by homogenizing the cubic phase in water. The cubic phase nanoparticles exhibit magnetism.

PURPOSE: A mixture suspension for anti-obesity is provided to promote bioavailability of a natural product extract by cubic nanoparticles contained in the mixture suspension, thereby improving an anti-obesity effect of the natural product extract. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a mixture suspension for anti-obesity comprises the steps of: adding an aqueous phase to a monoolein melt solution and preparing a monoolein cubic phase; adding the monoolein cubic phase to an aqueous phase in which a dispersion is dissolved and homogenizing to prepare a cubic nanoparticle suspension; mixing the dispersion-dissolved solution and one or more natural product extracts selected among a Coptidis rhizome extract, an apple extract, and an Artemisia princeps extract and homogenizing to prepare a natural product extract suspension; and mixing the cubic nanoparticle suspension and the natural product extract suspension.
